Skip-the-Line Tickets to St. Mark's Basilica with Audio Guide

The Visit was good and we didn't have to queue but we could not initially find the ticket office. The price was much higher than the standard entry price and was not good value.

The audio guide app was very glitchy - we'd downloaded the tour as advised by the provider but then it wouldn't play without internet access (there was no signal inside the basilica so we could only use it when outside on the roof terrace area). We managed to use the same app inside the doge palace which was a better experience though the layout was difficult to navigate and didn't seem to follow a sensible route through the rooms

Definitely worth getting the skip the queue tickets. Slightly confusing where to go for them, but the staff are so incredibly helpful with sorting it. The basilica is definitely not to be missed. An absolute must is to get tickets (from inside) for going outside with the horses at the top- the view is something else and it's incredible safe.

The meeting point was clear. Audio guide in app was confusing at first because we had to determine which area was first on the audio. And which way to go through the basilica. There was no mention of an additional fee to see an area of the basilica that was talked about in the audio guide. There were no volunteers to ask once inside. Had to follow the crowd. It was good for first time visit at yiur own pace.

St. Mark's Basilica, impressive inside and out. The smartphone audioguide is sufficient. You'll need to collect your ticket from Venice city tours, which offers a small tourist book about Venice.

Very kind staff who installed the audio guide app for us on our cell phone. Detailed and comprehensive description of the visit, very easy to use. We entered without standing in any line and visited the basilica comfortably on our own following the audio guide. We were also given a city guidebook.

We were able to do the tour on our own pace. Very accommodating fellow at check in and so helpful to get us set up and going!

Fast, reliable. The self guided tour was explained well. The guide took his time and Provided all the information we needed. Web site should let people to bring their headphones for self guided tour.

We were unable to get the audio part of the experience. Were also disappointed with how little of the basilica we were actually able to see.

Very good... the only thing I criticize them is that they should warn that they do not provide AUDIOGUIDE !!!! You have to download the tour on the phone !!!!

Our tour guy was very knowledgeable about the history. --it was difficult to hear your guy when we were on top of the dome. --Maybe in future , the headphone could be better. Thank you for a great experience.

We were disappointed with this experience. We arrived at the meeting point in good time and waited with a group. We handed over our booking doc and were told no you're not with this group you have to go inside the office. We were booked in and told to use the qr code to load the audio guide up on our phones, we were also given a guide book in case we had technical problems. The qr code was 'invalid' so all we had was the guide book to look through as we went round. This was impractical so we just wandered round with no guidance at all. St Marks is an impressive building but we couldn't truly appreciate what we were looking at. Such a disappointment and a complete waste of money. I hope you look into what happened and put things right. I shall not be recommending this tour.

The spectacular ceilings and floors. The speed of the line. The audio guide was good, would always like more information. JThoigjt is was a shame you needed to pay more to see the museum and alter

Buying the ticket online, picking it up at the office near Piazza San Marco (and getting a guide to Venice), and then admission to the Basilica were all easy. I recommend this rather than waiting in a long line for entry.

The audio portion did not work at all with any of our phones! When I booked with audio guide included, thought we would have been given a headset. Definitely over paid for entrance to the basilica.

When everything goes very well, there is nothing left to highlight. I particularly appreciate the kindness and efficiency of the staff at the San Marco Cathedral ticket office with whom, for objective reasons, I had to interact.

Easy t9 find location to redeem voucher, but didn't realize we had to do that until we tried to enter. Easy skip the line entry.

Der Hinweis, dass die gekauften Tickets vor Ort nicht direkt am Dom verwendet werden können, könnte deutlicher sein. Ansonsten hat alles ganz gut geklappt. Danke.
