The gardens were well laid out and maintained. Helpful staff made for a memorable day. Lived the three different styles, especially floral fantasy.

It was great! Everything so naturally beautiful, and also its like heaven since inside its so cool. The night light parade was also amazing

The venue was amazing. Beautiful. Not too crowded. I asked questions of head start eg did I have an entry time as well as date. Pleased to have questions promptly and clearly answered. This is helpful when u have not been there before and booking from overseas. Thank you

Marina Bay sands was great. Got there early but still has to queue and it took a while to validate my ticket. Flowers by the Bay were impressive but didn't include the sky walk or observatory so I paid separately to walk on the sky walk. Not an issue but it could have been if the trees had been busy.

The Cloud Forest, Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy were all amazing to experience. The ticketing experience was pretty seamless and easy.

priviledged view, but the roof terrace space very hot making it a quick trip, quick + expensive. staff treatment + tidiness all very good.

First of all let me start by saying Singapore in general is a Gem of a country to visit, which makes it hard to say if this experience was our favourite, however it's definitely unmissable. Some of the most highly anticipated experiences in Singapore did not disappoint! The Floral Fantasy installation was beautiful and creative. My only feedback for this event would be to have the interactive app available for all mobile phone types. Currently only available for android. The Cloud Forest and Flower Dome were absolutely stunning, great atmosphere, and very informative. I would recommend viewing the Flower Dome before it gets too dark so you can truly appreciate the flora. All staff were kind, welcoming and helpful and the entire site including amenities were extremely clean which is a testament to the Singapore culture. The deals on Headout were great and the app was very easy to navigate. It was great having all our tickets in one place.

The view was spectacular and I'm glad I went. The only issue was that the ticket instructions suggest a time reservation was needed, but the link to do so is either dysfunctional or Marina Bay Sands has moved to a first come first serve basis. Have a look into that and the service would be fantastic.

Cloud forest was a unique and unforgettable experience . Flower dome was so well maintained . We could not believe the care snd effort to create and maintain these gardens . The jewel of Singapore . Personally, I did not need to see floral fantasy, not to my interest or taste . Would have been very happy with the first two .

Easy booking process with good communication and confirmation details. Well organised queuing process. Great area on the deck to view the city and surroundings. Shame the restaurant/bar area wasn't open when we were there ( before 4pm). Despite the promise of digital photos as part of the package via a link and code, we were unable to access the photo. I'm still awaiting a response from my attempt to resolve this.

The experience was great, the only thing I didn't liked was that I was not informed the exhibitions I bought tickets for were closed for the days I purchased my tickets, luckily I had 1 more days of my trip there and was able to attend, if not I would have asked for a refund

I expected to gi into/at the bar C'est la vie wirhout an other additional Price of reservation to habe a good view including some drinks.

Everything was well organized, we had to wait before the opening, the queue was not too long and also civilized. You don't have to find your waym because on every points people help you with your reservations, tickets etc. The scenery is unreal, you can see 360 degree the whole Singapore area, it is a must see. You can also have a nice drink and buy some souvenirs. Highly recommend!

Purchaase and use of tickets was easy.ì, as per our best expectations. You could describe a bit better the different attractions available on site, specifically at the gardens. We realized that our combo did not include attractons we might have been interested in.

Gardens by the Bay were great, well worth visiting. Online tickets were an absolute phaff, much prefer a physical ticket.

It was a special atmosphere. You were high above Singapore. Impressive view. You could also see the huge shipping traffic passing by Singapore. Absolutely recommendable.

The cloud forest was our personal highlight! Totally beautiful. I think the gardens have something magical about them and are always worth a visit. It's actually my favorite thing about Singapore.

Great views - we went early in the morning - 11:00 start but get there 30 mins before as the queue grows very quickly. The photo with the 5 backdrops was a bonus and appreciated and sent quite quickly after the visit.

We loved the whole experience from the Skypark views to the cloud forest and flower dome. We then ate and stayed to enjoy the fantastic light show which was spectacular
