Amsterdam Light Festival Cruise with Audio Guide & Host

No guide or audio-guide in French... too bad... Otherwise a lovely cruise and festival of lights... Even if a little long at the end... certainly due to the fact that we didn't have a guide...

The cruise was very good, although since it was raining, visibility was reduced, but I highly recommend the experience.

Nice in evening through the canal, could for me dwell a little longer at the light pardae exhibits, we sat backwards so was sometimes a little difficult viewing, especially for my elderly mother, but otherwise nice audio tour! And nice and warm in the boat and clean.

I loved the humor of the crew and that we could laught and sing. All together with unknown people. This things connect everybody

The festival is magnificent, and the French commentaries on the town's history are interesting. The inhabitants decorate their houses beautifully, adding to the artistic spectacle. The works of light are not of equal quality, but some are truly moving. The big drawback is that the whole thing lacks organization: you can end up outside the boat without wanting to, and it's not warm in the evening! The works are not commented in French, and the headphones are of poor quality.

The cruise was superb, with covered boats, which comes in handy when it's cold. The lights were superb and with the audio-guide it's interesting!

The tour was nice, but there are no directions to the meeting point and we almost didn't arrive on time because we spent 20 minutes looking for the place. Afterwards, the ship was not well conditioned and it was all tarped, so we could not see the outside well.

The lights were nice. when we got there the first person who checked our tickets did not direct us to the correct line. We nearly missed our tour. We had to insist a second person check our tickets (she initially refused as she thought I was in the same group as another customer in front of us). The other staff nearly didn't let us board the boat for the lights festival. When we got on, the windows were super dirty and we couldn't really see outside. Dirty from dust not jsut misty from the cold. Only about 10% of the people were using the audio guide, so the boat was SUPER noisy i could barely hear the audio guide myself. Then the boat hit the wall and everyone on the boat screamed.

Comfortable boat, pleasant staff, beautiful route. Only downside, nothing in French. Not even the word bonjour or au revoir.

Very good experience. The boat is heated, we were comfortable and the crew was great. Many thanks to them.

A bit more lighting effects would have been nice. Audio guide only in English is also inadequate.

Yes, it was interesting, but a little shorter than it said it would be.

Nice ride, but boat full to bursting. Hard to see anything. Audioguide didn't translate everything.

The boat was too noisy with groups talking loudly to each other.

I was thinking about different installations and a more immersive experience.

A night cruise is always fun. Not much illumlnations. No comments from the skeeper. Very monotonous
