Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Tickets

We had the best English guide at Schindlers factory. His English was exelent and he managed to make it all yet more interesting than it allready Washington. He made our day 🙏

Schindler's factory tour was to full and there was not enough room to fit all people, guide didn't wait for whole group. Factory was packed with people and public kept pushing through while guide was talking.

It was amazing! Really impressed with the history and quality of the mine and beautiful sculptures. Just wow! Great clean facility, well organized, maninted and good crowd control and customer service.

We found the halls very impressive, especially the large cathedral. We had a child with us who was particularly fascinated by climbing the various steps (salt, wood, ...). Our guide was able to tell us very authentically about the former working conditions in salt mining and the associated myths and legends.

I didn't realize I had to download your app to actualize the tickets. Thankfully, my granddaughter figured it out for me, had room on her phone to download the app and we were able to present the suitable format to the venu. Then we all had a great experience at the salt mines near Krakow. The time spent at figuring all this out did, however, set us back 1/2 hour for the next tour. Another, inconvenience.

We loved how incredible the salt mines were and how deep the whole thing goes and the structures that are within the mines, it was also helped by a fantastic tour guide, cannot recall her name but we were on the 3pm English guided tour on Saturday 6th July

Easy to book online and meeting point was clear, but no information on who to look for/whether we join an English tour (we tried & were told very brusquely that we were not on his list!). The time was past when we were expecting to enter so we were worried that as no-one had checked us in we would be told we were too late. Very confusing, none of the staff knew anything either. Should be far clearer and much more streamlined. The Salt Mines however were absolutely amazing! Be warned though that the exit is not next to the entrance, and no directions given to train station. Google Maps to the rescue!

It was a tour for families with children. I missed the authenticity of a salt mine. I liked the elevator with the pit cage. The price for the tour was clearly too high.

Very interesting history, expert guides and unique in the world. You don't have the feeling of being in a mine. I recommend visiting the museum after the guided tour.

we only saw the person from Headout for about 30 seconds, only to give us a ticket and then we had to wait in line. So we did not understand the "skip the line" words. The venue was fabulous, we had a good guide but the speed of the walk was a little high for older people. Consequently the group was stretched out a lot.

An incredible experience. Loved hearing about the history of this massive site, seeing almost everything made of salt, including the beautiful cathedral! Great guide Elizabeth. Such a well organised tour. 10/10 for the whole experience.

Everything was perfect. Very fast, easy and good. The price is much more expensive than if you buy the tickets in Las Minas. When I went there was no queue to buy them. If there are queues, it can be worse

We really enjoyed our Trip to the salt mines . Our English speaking guide gave us very good information all about the history and facts of the salt mine which was very interesting. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting there.

Salt mine was really worth seeing. I highly recommend it. We looked at bus and train to get there as well as going with a group. We decided on booking the salt mine tour from Wieliczka Salt Mine early and taking an Uber from Krakow old town. It was very quick. They picked us up and dropped off at our hotel and it was $10 each way.
