Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Fast Track Tickets

I really appreciated the orderly manner in which the guided tour took place. Also I valued the guide's passion and knowledge of the events. On the other hand, seeing the places where such a tragedy was allowed to happen is heartbreaking.

The organisation before we arrived was handled well with even a last minute change of start time being organised perfectly. You guys made it simple to find the meeting point and you arrived on time. The tour of the first camp area was excellent with the headphones and guide speaking into a mic idea working really well and meaning we could hear everything perfectly. The tour of the second camp was also handled well . It's not an easy thing to present such a shocking and terrible place with sensitivity whilst allowing the group to learn about the history but you did it very well. Thank you.

The details and information provided by the guide, he was very helpful and friendly. He was paced, and always waited for people to come close before he talked. Impressive tour.

The guide Lukas led the group through the two camps in a very respectful and appropriate manner. That was very important. At the end, he gave everyone a kind of closing statement, which once again made it clear that a visit to the two camps should not be a tourist attraction, but a place that shakes you up about current events and reminds you of the victims. Although it is a challenge, as there are many visitors every year, I found the visit very educational, appropriate and respectful. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

The negative points are as follows: We had booked a tour in French, which was cancelled the day before and replaced by a tour in English, which we accepted since we were already there and had come from far away. On the day of the tour, the member of your team was late at the meeting point, and we couldn't reach the organization by phone. We almost left without taking the tour, fortunately we were able to contact someone at the last minute... Positive points: our guide was very friendly, and the information she gave us was very clear and interesting. We were able to exercise our duty to remember as we should.

The booking for the guided tour in Italian of Auschwitz -Birkenau through Headout was perfect. I bought the tickets online and the contact person was prompt in notifying me of time changes, appointment location, instructions, etc. even via whatsapp. The museum guide was great, interesting, informed about everything and with excellent Italian. I recommend Headout and its services, and of course the museum as well.

The tour was very good and we really liked our guide. He spoke slowly and almost made us travel back in time and imagine the things that happened in the Auschwitz camps. The AT Cracow managers were also very helpful and even took us in their van from camp I to camp II. The only downside was that they changed the time of our tour. We had booked for 1pm and the day before they told us we would have to go at 7.20am. We actually managed to go, but the time change disrupted our plans and meant that we had to visit the camps at times when it was raining a lot.

Hello, I have put you wrong, we had a problem, we had a reservation for 11h and when we arrived they tell us that there is a change we have moved to the visit of 13h30 .We were angry because we came from Krakow and we had the 3 tickets paid by Get Your for the return at 16h30 and we lost it .The excuse they give us that they had passed us a message the previous morning . On vacation I am not looking at messages at that time. I am enclosing proof of the 3 tickets paid and lost on the way back to Krakow. We had to take another way back to Krakow at 18h.

Guide was very knowledgeable and explained each part of the tour in detail. Worth the money we paid. Definitely take trainers as there is alot of walking and stairs! Only downside we would say is the tour groups were too close together as it often occurred that we had to stop as we had caught up with the group before.

The tour was absolutely amazing. The Auschwitz-Birkenau itself is a breathtaking experience but if we had not our guide (Mario, he was impressive) we would not be able to understand this place a 100%. This tour is a life experience and I recommend to everyone who wants to visit Auschwitz.

The guide tour did an incredible job at explaining and narrating the lifestyle the prisoners had. It gave a clear picture of the routine and distress victims were exposed to as well as historical notes that brought a bigger picture.

Good tour and guide. Meeting point was not told clearly, so it was little bit confusing, as there was some old picture, should be updated.

I like the way the guide was explaining things and all the complete story in this place that is awesome and at the same time terrible, good choice! The unique thing I would improve is the communication because we know where do have to wait, but in the ticket it does not appear if someone is going to take us, if there is some delay anyone notice us... I would change the way to connect people with the guide or the person who is in charge of collecting people!

I was disappointed by the amount of people that were there, it seemed like a continuous movie queue and the speed of the indications. I really liked the organization, the guide was always anticipating what we were going to do in the next barracks. I loved the last part, the visit to the second birnakau camp, because it was a visit in which the guide made reflections and we did not have to listen all the time. It was a wonderful sunset.
