You had a meeting point and someone to meet us. I also love the Dafne and Apollo statue. However I wanted a tee of Dafne and Apollo and you didn't have it.

Palatine Hill tour was incredible. Maya was so knowledgeable and shared tons of information in a short period with great enthusiasm. We wish we could have had more time with her and wanted more time at Palatine Hill (tour was 1.5 hours at Palatine Hill and 1.5 hours Colosseum). Colosseum tour was meh. It was great to be in the fast track line (you still wait in line with other groups) and the underground was cool to see but our guide (we got a different guide for colosseum) was pretty boring and didn't have good command of English.

Firstly the instructions on the email about first going to a basilica about 1/2 mile from the Pantheon need to made clearer, maybe include a sketch map. Access to the Pantheon once we got our actual tickets was quick and easy, the collection of audio players was simple and the visit was very good.

Fabulous historical sight with best audio guide experience - pay the extra for this, well worth it. Take your time and follow the maps included with audio guide. Redemption point for voucher to obtain ticket, be sure to look at details iof the email ticket - this won't get you into pantheon. Redemption point is about 10-15 min walk to pantheon. Lines up to enter may seem long but it moves fairly quickly. It's worth the wait! Enjoy!

The experience was not up to expectations for a number of reasons - the voucher redemption office was a long way from the Pantheon and involved trying to walk through very crowded streets, then when we got back to the Pantheon the supposed 'skip-the-line' entry queue was almost as long as the other queue to get in, then when we picked up our audio guide we were told we had to return it in half an hour, and yet there was more than 30 mins of information to listen to. The venue was very crowded, but luckily we were able to sit in the church pews and listen to what we could of the audio guide and the then walk around after we'd returned the guide, and luckily the crowd had thinned out a bit. But the whole experience wasn't as streamlined as some of the other pre-booked tours we've been on this week.

Skip the line tickets really just put you into the same line everyone else is in so it wasn't helpful or worth paying for.

Audio guide was very good and informative. Skip The Line ??? I wouldn't call it but it was worth the wait.ticket pick up was misleading with google maps.

The visit was impressive. It transports you to the time of the Roman Empire just by being there, in the center looking at the ceiling and its dome. Recommended 100%.

Definitely positive experience, entered museums very quickly. A bit inconvenient to have to go and pick up tickets elsewhere, when it might already be worth the QR code on the phone. Otherwise nothing to say

Better to not skip the line and buy tickets at the Pantheon, as that line was a lot shorter than the line for people with tickets...

The truth was something very basic, I could have bought it directly from the pantheon website. I don't know why I didn't do it. The service where they gave me the tickets was very nice. The most unpleasant thing is to go to pick up the tickets outside the tour site. The guides/host should be in the tour area.

We had only decided to visit this sight the day before. There were plenty of time slots to choose from. Picking up the ticket also went smoothly even though we were a few minutes late. Everything went very well. We were allowed to stay in the Pantheon as long as we wanted.

A wonderful way to visit the Pantheon and learn about its history and art. The audio guide allows you to choose your pace and focus on the things that interest you the most. You can easily follow this audio guide in less than an hour.

It was excellent to take the audio tour because we went at our own pace and we could enjoy the Pantheon at our own pace. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the place where you have to pick up the tickets: it is far away, a bit complicated to get to and, on top of that, the address is wrong.

The organization was great! We spent wonderful hours in Rome and could rely on the bus at all times. The visit to Villa Borghese was particularly uplifting. Here, too, everything was perfectly organized!

It was not described that the confirmation I received when buying the ticket was not a ticket in it self, but a voucher that had to be changed for an actual ticket at an office in the city.

The pantheon was amazing, but the skip the line is not real as you still queue to collect your ticket and then again to get in

Avoiding the queue of more than two hours when I wasn't sure if I had a ticket was the best thing of all! I also found it easy to pay, book and meet the people who gave me the ticket. Everything was great!

The guide was on time and we were early which allowed us to get an earlier time slot. The only shame was that only 1 floor is open and we didn't get any notification of that and still paid full price. The gallery itself is beautiful! Highly recommended. And personally one of the most beautiful things we have seen in Rome/

Need better signage. If you had large signs for queues at Pantheon would save the security guards from answering same questions over & over again.
