The Colosseum and the Roman Forum + Palatine Hill were very impressive. The check-in with the tickets worked well. However, we had expected more from the audio guide. Individual files were sometimes not available, the quality was choppy and there were repeated dropouts due to overloading of the local mobile network. Unfortunately, this spoiled the experience somewhat.

I was unable to listen to the audioguide during the visit and would have liked to listen to it after the visit but it had expired.

The Baths of Caracalla are another example of an amazing feat of architecture left to us by the Romans! And an oasis of tranquility to view everything at your leisure. Especially compared to the Colosseum or the Fora. In terms of information I found the signs brief. Even without a guide you should be able to get a good picture. Therefore, I definitely recommend going with a guide.

I biglietti erano prenotati e pagati per l' 8 marzo,i biglietti inviati erano invece per il 9 marzo e ovviamente non mi hanno fatto entrare. E non c'è statomodo di risolvere la cosa ne sulla app ne on-line, inoltre non posso chiedere un rimborso E non avete visto la faccia di mio figlio

Wonderful experience. Be careful at peak times, as the crowds make the visit less enjoyable. For the rest, just unforgettable, fantastic, colossal.

The admission to colosseum was indeed vey easy and quick. To get to the palatine hill and the forum, however, there was a line. Was not that bad, it was around 10-15 min.

We had no problems with the tickets, the audio guide is a bit general and when sharing it with the rest they could not reproduce it. The challenge was fine.

the only thing is the audiovisual guide, it is a little bit scarce, you could put more information, because when you stay seeing the sites, it would give time to have more explanations.

No fue facil de entender donde se encontraba nuestro punto de encuentro ya que las personas no se encontraban con distintivos para poder ubicarlas en forma facil y sencilla,dimos vueltas por el colisio para encontrar las personas indicadas y no encontrabamos a nadie que nos diera la informacion.

The colosseum was an amazing experience and I loved every minute of it but the online ticket experience was a little bit poor,( I booked a time slot and then a while later I received an email saying I had to book another slot as this one was full 🤷🏻‍♂️) and the audio was not available

The signposting of the paths from the Colosseo to the Palatino and on to the Foro Romano could be better. We speak Italian and had trouble finding our way around the Palatino. Otherwise everything was fine.

It was useful to have an audio guide but it needs a big storage space on the mobile phone otherwise it doesn't work and we had to start several times.

Very easy to get tickets, no paying silly prices on the day or queuing for a long time. Highly recommend using this company

Colosseum is fantastic !!! the best what I saw in Rome. Forum Romano and Palatine hill not so exciting, but is up to visitor I think. It's worth seeing everything to have your own opinion.
