From Grindelwald: Round-Trip Tickets to Jungfraujoch Top of Europe

Had a beautiful time there, celrbrating my mothers 60th birthday. The entire experience, from the mountain top to the restaurants, were amazing. I would definitely book with headout again. I had to cancel the initial trip I booked due to personal reasons and rebook it for lesser people and the staff advised me accordingly on how to do so. The process was extremely easy and smooth. The refund was prompt too. Thank you so much for making the booking process and thus the trip incredibly smooth

The Trip was Amazing and lots of activities at the Top of Europe ! Breathtaking views of the snow covered Alps and green mountains Everything went as per plan just that we weee charged extra for a train reservation which was never used and we were brought down by the Eiger Gondola

The views were awesome, visiting Jungfraujoch was a once in a lifetime experience to cherish. However, considering the expense of CHF 400 for two, we expected a keepsake brochure and map to help navigate the attractions.

We loved the whole experience. Breath taking views, smooth transition from the gondola to train, well market all levels and absolutely amazing activities on the snow. So much fun for family. Must visit spot if you are in the area and count whole day for it as it's a great spot to be at 😍!

It was nice experiencing eiger express and eigergletcher but the jungfraujoch platform didn’t have all the actives/tours open.

Very efficient transportation system for cable car and railway At Jungfraujoch the views are outstanding It is really worthwhile

Picking up the tickets in the terminal worked great. However, you should make the customers aware that a reservation is recommended, because the cable cars to Jungfaujoch are very well booked. Information about the weather and the temperatures at 3500 meters above sea level would be useful. We had imperial weather, we were lucky.

The place is incredible, all new, well cared for, excellent service, well signposted, very organized and especially beautiful. The view is wonderful and well worth seeing. I intend to come back, for sure.

Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter, so war das Erlebnis extrem. Die fahrt in der Gondel und Zug war eindrücklich, die Aussicht von dem Jungfrau Joch unglaublich. Wir hatten einen schönen Tag.

The Eiger Express cable car was amazing. The train to the top of Jungfrau is an engineering marvel, but it's entirely inside the mountain, so no scenery on the way up. I chose headout Tours because of the cancellation policy - your experience will be greatly diminished, and maybe even disappointing, if it's cloudy. We went on a day where the forecast was for occasional light cloud, yet there was still no visibility when we arrived at the summit. However, occasional breaks in the clouds allowed some spectacular views later, but only for 20 minutes or so at a time. Keep on eye on the clouds and be ready to get outside on short notice. My only constructive criticism is that it was not clear that we would have to wait (in our case, for 35 minutes) in line at the ticket redemption window at Grindelwald Terminal. The location of the redemption window was also not clear to us. We went on a nice day over school break, on a weekend, and were fine without paying extra for a reserved seat. Other ticket outlets may require paying for reserved seating.
