Bran Castle Entry Tickets

It was completely useless for me to use Headout tickets, because it is easier to buy from the ticket counter than to find your local office to take the tickets

As I am a visiitor from Canada I was very impressed at the guides English. Better than many Canadians! He was also friendly and knowledgable. I admit to not being quite prepared for the narrow stair and how many. Perhaps that should be stated for the tour. Or I need to have smaller feet. :) Perhaps I should have known better regarding stairs, however, it would not hurt to warn potential guests that the stairs are not for the weak of heart. Literally. All in all, a very wonderful experience.

A nice and fast experience to access the castle , but I had to receive the code from your office , if you let me before I went to castle I have to get the fezecal paper, It is very tiring to go to the castle and he makes you go down to the office.

It is commercial experience ... But minimal ... At least there were sensory experiences and special effects ... Without an audio guide then a real crap since you enter in very large groups and one after the other ... you don't have time to see anything on display because you are dragged along by the flood of people

Person who delivered us the ticket for entry was very kind, moreover he talks Italian and provided us a lot of useful information on parking, entry door, available toilets etc....

The castle visit was fabulous. Exactly as I'd hoped. Lots of winding passages and interesting rooms and steeped in history. We all loved it. Very easy to pick up the tickets.

Great castle, a must see. Bran is a nice village too, we stayed for a day! A lady from Headout wated for us to give us the tickets on the entrance because we had to take them from a bureau. She kindly took our reservation number and got us our tickets.

Our tour was excellent. We were met at the castle by a tour guide who tried to take us into the castle earlier. We then had an initial chat with her. As we were a few minutes early, we warmed up in the office and talked to the friendly staff. This is also where we got our first information about the historical background from our tour guide. She spoke very good English and also a few words of German, which made for some fun. There were other nationalities in our group, including French people with children, for whom the tour guide translated a few things into French! :-). The tour guide really knew her job. She was able to tell us so much about the castle and the Transylvanian history. We were really thrilled.

Fast, uncomplicated processing and the castle is really worth seeing. Beautifully decorated, especially now at Christmas time.

The ticketing experience was quick and easy. The gentleman working there was friendly fun and informative. Definitely made the visit to Bran Castle even more enjoyable. Thank you.... Multumesc

The guide was very nice and gave a lot of info. The process to get to the meeting point was easy and everything went smooth! Totally recommended it

Great experience but skip the line queue was as long as the normal queue in fact we jumped in the normal one near the end as was quicker

I really loved the town tge castle was was at. The food was great and the castle was amazing. Our tour guide was great we wouldn't trade him for the world. Thanks again for am amazing experience.

Pretty seamless. The queue was very large when we arrived midday on a Monday. We skipped right to the entrance of the grounds, but still had to queue towards the top of the hill (near to the castle). You wouldn't need to skip the queue later in the day judging by our experience. Leave you pram just passed the entrance & do not take it up to the castle.

The ticket allowed us to skip the first queue but we still made the very long second queue that lasted about an hour and a half

The experience in Bran castle was great and the entrance ticket machines (for additional tours, i.e. the timeline) was very efficient.

Spectacular. A beautiful experience. The attention of the local people is beautiful. The town of Bran is one of the most beautiful I have ever known. Its mountains are spectacular.
