The View At The Palm Tickets

I was under the impression that general time tickets also allowed to the deck view but unfortunately it wasn't stated in the tickets

It was very easy to buy the ticket online. I bought the ticket when I was at the entrance to the Palm Tower. Payment went smoothly with credit card. I received my ticket in my mailbox within a few minutes and was able to walk straight to the view.

I liked it very much! I booked and paid at once, before the observation tower they organized a tour and showed how exactly the tower was built, they did it in a playful way, then showed a documentary movie. There is a store for tourists and a restaurant for visitors. the view is great - 6 stars

There was a spectucalar view tot he Palm. we got up without too much waiting line, although we got there in an afternoon hour.

We really enjoyed the views and the experience. Also hearing all the facts and history of the palm view before we went up was interesting

The views were obviously amazing, the whole experience is very well run. I pre booked our tickets a while before we flew to Dubai, the booking was so easy to do through headout. Will definitely use them again

Absolutely beautiful! My mom is visiting from South Africa. She cried the moment we arrived on level 52, level 54 is even more beautiful! ❤️ She says "you need to see it in real life, the pictures just isn't enough" Dubai, you are so beautiful! We love you!!

Of course the View of the Palm is the best you can have. The lines for the elevators both ways up and down weren't too long. It is a must do when in Dubai.

The view was amazing. We loved the open deck as it gives really great feeling. The sunset was nice despite being cloudy.

About the history of how the palm was built and the view especially on floor 54. Only downside it was a little bit hazy, otherwise very enjoyable

The view over Dubai at 52nd floor was amazing. We booked the tickets a few minutes before entering with 15% discount. Everything went well, starting from booking, payment, etc.

The view is better than Burj kalifa view! The Palm was magnificient! And the whole story about the palm is unbelievable!

When booking the ticket, the payment process stalled multiple times. In the end, I was charged twice, had two tickets issued which I couldn't use and no reimbursement was offered. Once on top, the visibility was limited - not your fault, obviously, that I was there during the only hazy morning in months. Anyhow, the glass on the top was totally wet and it was nearly impossible to get a view of the palm even after the fog lifted. Not sure there is a technical solution: Maybe the kind of magnetic cleaning appliances used in aquariums would work here, too?
