It was good experience but the weather was hot so felt very tired quickly but overall experience was good and the view was amazing

Everything was perfect; no queue; amazing view of 360 degrees ; I got impressed how clean the windows of the terrasse were; sometimes I had the impression there were no glasses; that made a lot of details clearly to be seen. Top!

Visiting The View at The Palm was a wonderful experience. The 360-degree panoramic view of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s skyline is truly breathtaking. The elevator ride was smooth and interactive, and the outdoor terrace provided perfect photo opportunities. Staff were polite and helpful, making the visit seamless. I recommend visiting around sunset for the most spectacular views. Definitely worth it!

It was a beautiful visit especially for those staying at Palm to see it from up there. I have booked sunset time so it wasn't too busy, stunning views and easy access. Highly recommended !

View was awesome, management for the visitors from the parking to go top and return to car was very smooth and well planned, every staff was very nice to assist us. And 360 view of the surrounding gave us a very impressive and very high about dubai authority about their futuristic vision. Well recommended to everyone once you are in UAE.

Let me say that it is greater than what humans have achieved anywhere in the world. The Emir did something what others have not done. We have heard of Hoover Dam, Mt Rushmore, and many things in Singapore, but an island this big and so many buildings standing on it to prove it is an engineering marvel and much more. Lot of respect for the UAE Emir's vision, the administration, men and women that worked on it. Even the Americans could not have done something like this. The negative part is, we circled around Palm Jumiera three times just to find the road to get to The View. It was very frustrating. After we got there the ticket prices were so high and the agent at the ticket counter got upset with us that we questioned the difference in online pricing and on-site pricing. When you can pull off something this big, I dont think it should be focused on money and upselling. More people should be able to come look at what you have done. Burj Kalifa is another marvel, prices were astoundingly high there too. UAE has money, my recommendation is that the focus should be on increasing the foot traffic to the Kalifa so more economically challenged people can enjoy the engineering marvel that the Emiratis have shown the world that they dont wait for things to happen, they make things happen. Nevertheless, lot of respect for the Emiratis and my family had a great time.

Bought ticket on my phone in the reception of the view and tickets appeared straight away so could be scanned by the staff. The view was amazing from the 52nd floor, full 360 of the palm and surround big areas, loved it
