The best part of the visit is the terrace with the view of Dubai. We went there in the evening because we could see the illuminated city from there.

It was a nice ecperience, but a little bit expensive for what ot offeres. I was waiting for something mote a little bit!

The truth is that it is not bad but it does not seem as interesting as it could be a museum that is called of the future. Cris that there would be more surprising things, I did not find it very interactive and lacking languages, I think Spanish is important enough to be counted on. Only the room of the species, animal plants and insects seemed interesting to me, the rest was boring and not very surprising. I would not repeat it because there are many better things to do in Dubai if you do not have much time.

The museum of the future was an amazing experience, it so mind blowing and unbelievable what the future holds for us, everything there went so easy and the workers are nice and helpful, everything is clean and organized, simply comfortable. The frame was also amazing, the line was a bit long but at the end it was worth it. I thought the floor will look like it breaks when you walk on it but it didn't. To sum it all everything was wonderful.

A nice experience on every level. Is less crowded before lunch so try to go as early as posible if you don't want to wait at the entrance for a long time ( 40 mins for me). To pick up your entry bracelets if you already purchesed tickets you have to be at the counter (or self pick up machines) between 30 mins before and 30 mins after your entry time that is writen on the ticket.

It is an awesome experience.The exhibition is like a movie back to the future.It takes you to 2071( Unlikely that I will be around) . It is interesting for a child to old person. I have never seen such a place anywhere across the world across 7 continents . This museum is a must see in UAE for all tourists and worth every penny/cent.

As I am senior citizen 75 years old & my wife 71 years old, we had 3 small size hand bags , we had water & food in them, I was told to be reserved in the luggage room, we should have registered at the time of booking to access, as I saw many people had bags with them , they were younger than us; we had not been treated fairly

In my opinion, the museum is interesting but it loses hype as you go through the different levels. I was expecting to be more impressed. Also, take into accoutn that you'll need to book your tickets in advanced and you'll have to wait around 20-30min in a queue to go inside the hotel.

It was one of the most memorable experiences I recall. Apart from the staff proffesionalism, the journey into space, the floor to floor experience, the talk with an AI robot were great. Definitely we must return, as we feel one visit in not enough to see everything.

Both of the attractions are not much worth. Dubai frame was nice from outside but nothing to do inside, the glass brigde was a waste of time. Museum is highly overhyped and overpriced, not worth paying at all.

The Frame is a nice place to visit and see the view of old dubai and new dubai and watch the sunset followed by relaxing time at the Park with some Camel Milk Ice Cream.

This was my first time visiting a museum. I can say one thing—it's awesome! I definitely recommend it for both adults and kids! The magical journey starts with a rocket elevator that takes you into orbit in space! All this is accompanied by absolutely realistic photos and videos! All the staff are dressed like characters from movies about the future. All the characters are like real people! The library of living creatures and plants is worth seeing! I hung out there for about 30 minutes. I scanned, it seems, every jar! It's delightful! I felt like a part of a huge, wise, developed civilization! I wanted to learn more and more about space and discoveries in the field of technology! And the robot in the hall of the future!!! It's amazing! It has a lively expression, a very natural face! The Museum of the Future is visually spectacular — the architecture alone is stunning and truly futuristic. But once inside, I couldn’t help feeling that the technologies and exhibits are quite outdated for something that promises to showcase the future. As a tech enthusiast, I expected to be wowed with innovation and interactivity, but it felt more like a glimpse of 2025, not 2070. You can spend some quality time there, but honestly, there’s a lot of room for improvement in terms of the actual experience versus the hype.

Wery impressive the building design. Convenient walk from the train station. It builds futuristic expectation. But it less then I expected. Journey starts from long 30 min wait to upload 40 people in the cabin for travelling in to future. Its is like Disney land 20years back. There is lots of space for different themes but not full with usefull info. Some stuff in another museum around the Europe and UK mush higher standard more Wow factor and some where is cheaper.

It was amazing. It worked tremendously without any flaws. I was in Dubai for a full week and bought around 5 tickets in total from this provider with no complications whatsoever. Very comfortable and affordable. Even the museum pf future which was booked out on the official site. The only problem is imputing a credit card via the application it may not work to pay that way.

A few very interesting ideas about the upcoming future, sometimes you can feel like being inside a movie (science fiction one of course). The beginning of your visit in this museum might be jaw dropping experience but the end of this tour seems like its potential has been unfortunately lost.

It's an amazing experience. It gives a glimpse into how life will be in future and how we can improve human life with the use of technology. Ride to the space station was exhilarating and the Heal section is extremely well done. One of the must visit places in Dubai.

The entrance was very smooth, worth to buy the Pioneer Pass as it was all fast tracked and we got great sourveniers as part of the pass. The overall experience was very interactive and my teenager daughter liked it too, which is a great review.

Right from the moment we stepped inside we were totally amazed, stepping in to the elevators to take us to space , it seemed so real like we were there. I'm really excited to now see what the future will bring

I made an almost last minute booking for the museum of the future at Dubai. Due to the less reaction time, they were unavailable at all the sites. That is when Headout came to my rescue and was able to provide tickets for my family and me to enjoy. The good part of buying through headout - 1. Super quick 2. Super easy. 3. Super transparent 4. Pay by card. The not so good part - 1. Downloading the headout app was compulsory to check in at the museum. As this was no apparent earlier, it resulted in wasting crucial time and mobile data on International roaming. The museum of the future is located on Sheikh Zayed Road . It is a futuristic exhibition space dedicated to science, technology, innovation, exploring possible futures in areas like health, space, ecosystems, transport, energy. Architecturally it is very distinct: a torus (doughnut-shape) building with calligraphy in Arabic on the façade, designed by Killa Design with engineering by Buro Happold. Key Features & Highlights Its façade comprises 1,024 unique fire-retardant composite panels clad in stainless steel. Wikipedia The Arabic calligraphy on the façade are quotes from Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Ruler of Dubai) about the future. Inside: multiple floors dedicated to different themes: outer space & resource development; ecosystems & bio-engineering; health & wellness; near-future technologies in water, food, transport; and a dedicated floor for children (“Future Heroes”). It is an experience not to be missed if you are in Dubai! Starting with the architecture of the museum itself, and each floor represents a different area, even has a special area with games for children under 12 years. The organization and the staff of the place are very friendly.

Everything was fine with the Headout service, including the vouchers and logistics. However, I expected more from both IMG Worlds of Adventure and the Museum of the Future. Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high compared to the reality.

Fantastic, mind-blowing, out of the box experience. My kids enjoyed every moment of it. Look forward to visiting again. The highlights were the robotic dog and flying fish along with futuristic vehicles.

Tickets are easy to use. We love the museum. In the Dubai Frame, the "skip the line" is a scam. You actually need to make a big queue outside, which I was not expecting.

Nothing as such. It was very basic.

The venues themselves were adequate, but the entire experience was severely marred by the abysmal functionality of the Headout app and website. Their clumsy, poorly built automated system repeatedly blocked me from purchasing tickets without explanation, citing fraud prevention. What made matters worse was their customer support. I had to keep reaching out to them just to get basic issues addressed, wasting an unreasonable amount of my time. Despite contacting them multiple times, I received conflicting information and was promised follow-ups on five separate occasions—none of which ever happened. Eventually, someone responded... The only reason I persisted with this mess was because I had credits I needed to use. If not for that, I wouldn’t have hesitated to use a more reliable platform. Headout’s systems and service are simply not fit for purpose.

The experience was very well planned and executed. There was plenty of staff on hand to support you to navigate the various sections of the museum. We booked tickets online & used the automated machines to receive the wristbands. Once inside the museum it was fantastic to see & the thought gone into creating an engaging & interesting experience. The building from the outside is also a sight to be seen!

The entire experience was wee thought through, with many staff on standby to answer questions and provide additional insights.. the coffee shop on Level 7 needs to either amend its menu or stock appropriately, so many things we tried to order were just not available .. quite unusual for Dubai, especially a 500 million AED establishment.

It was a good experience and interesting to see what the future could look like. The DNA databank shows you what changes we human beings have made with our behaviour and which animals and plants will not make it in next decade. Lot of things to see and experience.

The musuem is well worth the visit, was amazing, there is something for everyone. Headout was really easy to book, we had no problems at all with booking and was a smooth when we got there and much cheaper!
