The venue was amazing. Beautiful. Not too crowded. I asked questions of head start eg did I have an entry time as well as date. Pleased to have questions promptly and clearly answered. This is helpful when u have not been there before and booking from overseas. Thank you

The Cloud Forest, Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy were all amazing to experience. The ticketing experience was pretty seamless and easy.

First of all let me start by saying Singapore in general is a Gem of a country to visit, which makes it hard to say if this experience was our favourite, however it's definitely unmissable. Some of the most highly anticipated experiences in Singapore did not disappoint! The Floral Fantasy installation was beautiful and creative. My only feedback for this event would be to have the interactive app available for all mobile phone types. Currently only available for android. The Cloud Forest and Flower Dome were absolutely stunning, great atmosphere, and very informative. I would recommend viewing the Flower Dome before it gets too dark so you can truly appreciate the flora. All staff were kind, welcoming and helpful and the entire site including amenities were extremely clean which is a testament to the Singapore culture. The deals on Headout were great and the app was very easy to navigate. It was great having all our tickets in one place.

Cloud forest was a unique and unforgettable experience . Flower dome was so well maintained . We could not believe the care snd effort to create and maintain these gardens . The jewel of Singapore . Personally, I did not need to see floral fantasy, not to my interest or taste . Would have been very happy with the first two .

The experience was great, the only thing I didn't liked was that I was not informed the exhibitions I bought tickets for were closed for the days I purchased my tickets, luckily I had 1 more days of my trip there and was able to attend, if not I would have asked for a refund

Gardens by the Bay were great, well worth visiting. Online tickets were an absolute phaff, much prefer a physical ticket.

The cloud forest was our personal highlight! Totally beautiful. I think the gardens have something magical about them and are always worth a visit. It's actually my favorite thing about Singapore.

Great activity . Beautiful domes. All unique. Set within beautiful grounds with hidden treasures. Views to Marina Bay Sands. Easy to book online. Easy to use ticket at venue

I didn't know I have to download app to be able to open the tickets. I received pdf file in attachment in my email and opened. There was a ticket but I didn't know it's only 1 entrance and not all 3 from the combo I paid for. Later I faced very inconvenient issue at the entrance with a guy who was checking the barcode. It took me a while until I figured out the problem and downloaded the app there. Lucky me I had tourist Internet data in my phone. I can't imagine if I was there without connection. Didn't like this part of the experience.

Everything was beautiful and well organised. However there was lot of walking to do in between attractions. It would have been nice if you could arrange free shuttle service for the customer.

Easy to buy tickets although we could not understand why you could not buy a combo ticket for all the major attractions? We had to buy 3 separate tickets to see everything. All the attractions are quite different and so we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon visiting them and the rest of the gardens. However, we did find the signposting for the floral fantasy inadequate. The evening light show was fabulous.

If you close one of the excursion then please do t advertise or include in combo. I bought a combo with fancy floral but it was close for maintenance. I bought flower dome combo but I got super tree observatory combo instead. I called and complain but they said it is fix tickets therefore I can't change the tickets. I have to waste money to buy tickets again for flower doom.

The cloud forest was very good experience; we were there in March fewer flowers than I had expected. Should there be more fruit trees. The flower dome, should these have more real flowers? Lots of artificial decors, although good to see but I would have preferred real flowers

Purchasing the ticket and receiving it but a little disapoointed that when i arrive flower dome is not available due to maintenance issues.. they told me to come back after two days but thats already my flight wish theres a refund or early notice on this

Everything was great! We had a great day in the parks. An experience we will not forget. The only thing we didn't like was where we were supposed to go with which tickets. The staff always sent us somewhere else. Until we asked someone from security and this lady was very nice and explained everything to us.

Easy tickets to obtain and avoid the lines. Great deal and great activities. The domes were the best. Flower Fantasy was OK.
