Roman Pantheon Skip-the-Line Tickets with Optional Audio Guide

We enjoyed touring at our own pace. Retrieving our tickets over a block away from the attraction was very annoying. With technology of today, having one's tickets on one's cellular device only makes sense.

We came to the location (Pantheon), saw the queue line, ordered the tickets 16:06 (4:06pm) for 16:30 (4:30pm). Got the tickets almost immediately and got in 20minutes after purchase. Guide was great

Das Pantheon war überwältigend. Unglaublich, dass es die bewegte Vergangenheit von Rom überstanden hat. Bei anderen Führungen haben wir erfahren, dass das Pantheon zur Kirche wurde und dadurch kein Steinbruch für neue Gebäude war. Und deshalb habe ich eine geringere Bewertung abgegeben. Die Abholung der Tickets war sehr unfreundlich. Von dem Audioguide, den wir für das Handy gebucht hatten, wollte die Dame nichts wissen. Sie hat uns abgewiesen. Ich kann nur empfehlen, die Tickets woanders zu bestellen. Wir hatten in Rom viele positive Erlebnisse bei Führungen. Dies war die einzige Buchung, die negativ verlaufen ist.

Palatine Hill tour was incredible. Maya was so knowledgeable and shared tons of information in a short period with great enthusiasm. We wish we could have had more time with her and wanted more time at Palatine Hill (tour was 1.5 hours at Palatine Hill and 1.5 hours Colosseum). Colosseum tour was meh. It was great to be in the fast track line (you still wait in line with other groups) and the underground was cool to see but our guide (we got a different guide for colosseum) was pretty boring and didn't have good command of English.

Firstly the instructions on the email about first going to a basilica about 1/2 mile from the Pantheon need to made clearer, maybe include a sketch map. Access to the Pantheon once we got our actual tickets was quick and easy, the collection of audio players was simple and the visit was very good.

Fabulous historical sight with best audio guide experience - pay the extra for this, well worth it. Take your time and follow the maps included with audio guide. Redemption point for voucher to obtain ticket, be sure to look at details iof the email ticket - this won't get you into pantheon. Redemption point is about 10-15 min walk to pantheon. Lines up to enter may seem long but it moves fairly quickly. It's worth the wait! Enjoy!

The experience was not up to expectations for a number of reasons - the voucher redemption office was a long way from the Pantheon and involved trying to walk through very crowded streets, then when we got back to the Pantheon the supposed 'skip-the-line' entry queue was almost as long as the other queue to get in, then when we picked up our audio guide we were told we had to return it in half an hour, and yet there was more than 30 mins of information to listen to. The venue was very crowded, but luckily we were able to sit in the church pews and listen to what we could of the audio guide and the then walk around after we'd returned the guide, and luckily the crowd had thinned out a bit. But the whole experience wasn't as streamlined as some of the other pre-booked tours we've been on this week.

Skip the line tickets really just put you into the same line everyone else is in so it wasn't helpful or worth paying for.

The lady who gave the first half of the tour was fantastic... she was so keen to share her knowledge with us. It was fabulous

Audio guide was very good and informative. Skip The Line ??? I wouldn't call it but it was worth the wait.ticket pick up was misleading with google maps.

The visit was impressive. It transports you to the time of the Roman Empire just by being there, in the center looking at the ceiling and its dome. Recommended 100%.

The guide was easy to find and gave good clear instructions. Easy to access the venue. The ticket heading was misleading as we expected it to include an audio guide not just download some app on our phone which is free anyway.

Definitely positive experience, entered museums very quickly. A bit inconvenient to have to go and pick up tickets elsewhere, when it might already be worth the QR code on the phone. Otherwise nothing to say

I liked everything, Rome is a lovely city. The service was very good, we didn't know where the location point was but they solved the problem on the spot. I recommend it

Better to not skip the line and buy tickets at the Pantheon, as that line was a lot shorter than the line for people with tickets...

Definitely worth it booking. Skip the line tickets was the best option to avoid huge queue and it took 1 minute to be letting in the Pantheon accompanied by the host. Highly recommended!

The truth was something very basic, I could have bought it directly from the pantheon website. I don't know why I didn't do it. The service where they gave me the tickets was very nice. The most unpleasant thing is to go to pick up the tickets outside the tour site. The guides/host should be in the tour area.
