Topkapi Palace Museum & Harem Skip-the-Line Tickets with Audio Guide

The customer service is absolutely lost. They don't talk to each other and it almost caused us to go to the wrong place for the meeting point. Istanbul has an amazing culinary, but the food on the boat was average to bad. Do recommend the experience itself, but not this company.

Took place on time. Guides were kind and professional. Place was awsome but very crowded. You have to take time to see everything.

The guide (Arda or Arza?) was very informative and provided a lot of insight not only into the monument but also in Istanbul/Turkey's history and contemporary society

Our guide was knowledgable and the tour was interesting. but in general it felt very short, as the tour covered just an intro part for the palace, not Harem, and not museums.

Easy to book online . Arrangement for connecting with guide went well . One hour guided tour gave a useful overview and base to see how he rest of the palace on one's own

Excellent experience on this palace tour. Our guide gave it the special touch, Haralk (I think that's how you spell it) is an experienced guide who knows the luar, the culture and the history in a way that makes this tour worthwhile. Clear and complete explanations and always taking care of all the doubts.

The guide was interesting, but bake sure to take an audio-guide before entering the palace because you will not have paper tickets to go out and back in. If you have internet in Turkey, the guide can give you a code to download an app. Fortunately the guards were kind to let us out and back in without ticket so that we could get audioguides, but that was not possible for the harem, which we visited without guide or audioguide. (The written inscriptions are not very interesting) Also, the visit takes nearly the whole day, take a picnic ;)

The guide Muhammed Salih was fantastic. His knowledge and delivery impeccable. The site was beautiful and the exhibitions were stunning. Without a doubt the best part of our trip so far 😊👌

It was beyond my expectations! It is one of the most amazing museums in the world. One realises the richness of Turkish history- Otomans and the impact they have had on the global histoy and shaping of the current geopolitics. One suggestion, more effort needs to be put in managing the footfall.

One agent was a bit unpleasant. When I arrived, there were 2 staffs (one older and one younger). The younger one is fine, but the older one is very brusque. I tried to ask him for information but he kept yelling at me: "Where's your ticket? Show me your ticket!" in a rather rude manner. It made for an unpleasant experience. Finally we were led to another staff (also young) who's the guide, he is fine too.

Cerkan was a fantastic tour guide! He was very supportive and made sure everyone felt comfortable. His knowledge of Topkapi Palace history was impressive, and he shared many interesting details we would have missed otherwise. The tour ran smoothly and finished on time. I highly recommend Cerkan as a guide!

The palace is beautiful, but the Guide app (download to your phone) was unintuitive and we ended up not using it. Then I saw that there were free audio guides outside.

The guide was on time, we had no line so there was nothing to skip, but the orientation was good. The palace is wonderful

We thought our experience was a guided tour through all the places. However it is just a simple brief where the tour guide showed us the summary of the places. Additional 3 euro or 100 lira required to be paid by cash directly to the guide if we want additional tour and explaination on Harem was unexpected; which we didnt take. Is it a common practice by this tour to have tourist pay for additional cost for this? As we thought we paid everything when we purchase the ticket online.

This was a fantastic site to see. The tour was excellent and the audio guide provided great information and was so easy to use. The interior of the palace was breathtaking. All so well preserved and beautiful. My only complaint was that you could not take pictures inside the palace. There was not even a "coffee table book" to buy in the gift shop. (A missed opportunity).

Our guide was great, well spoken, informative but it was very chaotic getting our tickets at Topkapi Cafe. No clear system or communication. Attitude of staff issuing tickets was unpleasant. It seems to be the departure point for a number of different tour groups. Head out flags were not on display

Palace was awesome! Guide friendly and efficient and knew what he was talking about. Audio guide difficult to get it to match rooms visited. Getting tickets at site was ok but we were there quite early, later it became quite chaotic so I would suggest have more ticket stands prepared in advance and clearly labelled.

It was fairly well organized, it was GREAT to have skip-the-line tickets. The audio tour that HeadOut uses did not include many of the rooms in the palace. For that there is an apparently free audio tour included with the purchase of the entry ticket. If so, maybe let your customers know that is an option. And potential clients, now you know! There are signs with a QR code you can scsn by the Topkapi ticket booths.

Fast line is very useful, especially if you have only couple of days in Istanbul and our guide was great, some interesting details and recomendations.
