The jewels and rooms of the palace are worth seeing. Well maintained gardens. On the downside, there should be a limitation of capacity by time slots because the palace was overcrowded and you could not enjoy the visit calmly and quietly.

On the day set aside for visiting the palace it was pouring rain and cold so the skip-the-line ticket, which works excellently, ga allowed us not to take water at least in the queue. The palace beautiful and interesting but all open and because of the weather was enjoyed less than expected.

Topkapi Palace is beautiful full of history and pageantry. Too bad part of it was closed for construction but it was still fascinating to visit. It was very easy to book with Headout and I liked the organization on the spot. Very accurate and punctual.

There are sheets with QR codes for the audio guide at the meeting point. I thought they were the same ones and therefore only scanned one. As a result, we didn't have any audio for the Harem Museum, which was a shame...
I also had no internet connection and missed downloading the audio guide at the meeting point with wifi, as there was little time to do so...
The escort to the Harem Museum was very friendly.

In general it was good experience buy not worth the price I paid. I wanted to see relice of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) which I could not locate in the museum since there was not enough information.

It takes a long time to download the audio guide.
And it is very complicated to use it because it does not go in the order you enter the palace...it is very difficult to locate yourself in the place to be able to follow it properly.

Entering was a disaster, we lost really lots of time, waiting until unexperienced and visibly lost person tried to write down with a pen on a piece of paper voucher, event though we bought the ticket online, which turned out to be a reservation. We were forced to wait for a quide ,who took us to harem and disappeared. Lots of unnecessary mess and old fashioned methods of writing down tickets made us dissatisfied. We neednt have lost too much time.

Topkapi palace is really amasing, and it's great that you can walking around free and exploring places what you hear about. Tips for others – if you want to listen to the guide from application, be sure that you have the other mobile phone for taking pictures, because there is no internet everywhere, and if you leave the application, it's hard to run it again.

It's amazing palace especially treasury part and oitdoor parks. Skip the line Ticket has been utilzed smoothly and would recommend Headout app.
What's not so splendid is the price but that's what Headout can't change. It's simply policy all around Turkey to have 2 levels of prices - domestic visitors with low price and foreign with extremly inflated price.

Enormously crowded despite the wire-cut b illet.
Once inside, only a few quick explanations from the guide, and only in English (we didn't understand everything!).
The audio guide didn't work properly, and it didn't seem to us that the stages corresponded to the visit. In short, we were rather disappointed, given the price of admission.

Ibrahim was a really good guide and well prepared. Maybe next time it would be nice to have headphones in order not to miss any explanation if the group is big. Also, it would be nice to know in advance if the explanation will happen outside of the rooms. We didn't expect the Harem to be that big and it would have been nice to have someone guiding us inside.
