They could let less people in so the children have more chance to see the fish because being that it was all crowded most of the tanks don't get looked at by the little ones otherwise it's the third time I've gone there it's very very nice

We liked the diversity of the attractions on offer. The different themes too. The fact that it wasn't too crowded.

First, I appreciated paying less for the ticket than I would have paid on the Genoa Aquarium website. Fast and punctual service, kudos! The aquarium itself should definitely be seen if you are in Genoa, certainly after seeing the one in Valencia it appears small . Cmq positive experience

The aquarium is magnificent and very educational. It's really worth the detour! Our 10-year-old grandsons had a wonderful time!!!!

Yet another visit to the Aquarium , exciting every time I started years ago with My wife then with My daughter then with first granddaughter and now I returned with wife first granddaughter and for the first time third granddaughter

GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT WITH A FLAW. I visited the aquarium with two children, ages 8 and 5. There were a lot of people, but with few exceptions the spaces were livable. All areas are very well organized and the variability is really great. Children obviously more than thrilled. Only flaw ul checkroom. After waiting 10 minutes in line we were told that the checkroom was full, in my opinion undersized for the place. It was annoying to make the whole visit with jackets on my arm, but that is not why I can give it too negative a rating

The aquarium in addition to being very well maintained has a vastness of animals to admire but the most beautiful thing is that they do not work on animal shows like dolphins but on their welfare!We had the opportunity to take a tour in the back of tt what you see like incubators for animals reproduction of aquatic plants and nurseries of various animals!They also collaborate with other facilities for the preservation and reproduction of tortoises and then bring them back to freedom since for the stupidity of man they were endangered!magnificent aquarium and recommended visit

Je regrette juste les explications uniquement en italien et en anglais! Rien en français avec deux pays limitrophes francophones c'est regrettable

Was all okay just problem with a parking,have with for about 1hr to get parked, and then people people who try to sell staff they so importunate

The cleanliness of the premises, the ponds and the wide variety of fish. On the other hand, the souvenir photo is advertised at 3€ when it costs 10€ ...

I liked the location especially. The facility is very nice but it lacked windows. Otherwise everything was fine. Very easy to handle check-in and chekout, very quick to respond and assist with all needs. Pleasant and smooth stay

Ottima la ricchezza degli ambienti, la varietà delle specie, le didascalie. Peccato per la scarsa disciplina dei visitatori che rende l'ambiente molto rumoroso

La prenotazione era alle 11.30 ma siamo arrivati alle 10.15 , non ci hanno fatto entrare xche non lèggeva i nostri biglietti la macchinetta e abbiam dovuto aspettare comunque .. va bene la tecnologia ma siamo stati lo scorso dicembre all oceanografic di Valencia con la stessa modalità di prenotazione anticipata e orario impostato ma che dava la tolleranza nell ora prima o dopo di accesso .. questo x quanto concerne la biglietteria , per quanto riguarda invece L acquario ho trovato meraviglioso sempre quello di valencia rispetto questo di Genova .

Everything from the courtesy of the staff to the cleanliness of every single room. Kudos for the organization. Only flaw: the excessive prices in the gadgets.

The aquarium is superlative bring if possible a camera with cell. without flash not always the photos come out well and the fish are very fast even the seals :):)

Outstanding...I bought tickets the same morning and booked the time based on my needs and also saved on the fare
