The guided tour of the secret passages is extraordinary. Julia the guide is friendly and full of anecdotes. Warning: the indicated meeting point is not the right one. You have to go inside to exchange the voucher for real tickets, and you'll be told where to meet.

Dr. Francesca was very clear and engaging, especially to the children I was accompanying, my grandchildren. On the other hand, I complain that I was not informed at the time of booking that the secret passages can only be explained by the employees of the old palace.

The guide was really engaging and informative. She gave us plenty of time to explore but still kept us moving. We thought it was very interesting. My only negative was we really struggled to understand where the meeting point was and when we asked staff, we were told to wait in lines. We were there with plenty of time, but almost missed the tour. I would recommended changing the instructions to "collect your tickets from the info point, then find your guide."

This was such a great tour and Frederica was a great guide. It was a bit confusing trying to find the meeting point. (Basically you go to the ticket office and see the attendant all the way to the left to pick up your tour and museum tickets.)

Our guide, Natalia, was awsome. She was very knowledgeable, not only about details of the palazzo, but also on related broader subjects. We were very much impressed by the quality of information she provided and not having any difficulties responding to our queries. Also, she is a very pleasant and patient person. We would choose Natalia any time for future tours.

Our tour guide was Natalia who showed a remarkable knowledge of the history of the palace - both family connections and those responsible for the wonderful architecture and the works of art. It was a pleasure to spend time with her.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide Natalia. Small group tour meant individual attention. Amazing amount of detail. Was great value and we learned a lot more than if we had visited without a guide.

The visit itself was fine. The person from Headout was late at the meeting point and it was pretty stressful to try to find the person (not knowing that she had not arrived yet). There were thousands of people at the entrance with multiple groups and guides. Not fun.

It was interesting to hear the history although not as many secrets passages as I had expected
