Palazzo Vecchio Reserved Entry Tickets

I just looked around for my selv! Its an amasing gordious building. I have read alot about the Medici family and the rennessanse. And for that reason of special interest for me to see!

No queue, quick entry and few other visitors. We really liked the service and can recommend this route to the Palazzo Vecchio.

The Headout experience is the right one. What does not meet is the palace itself, empty and lacking in information, places to sit and simply analyze and observe the paintings, ceilings ... I found little care and little focused on what it offers mainly that is to contemplate the artistic beauty of the palace.

The Palazzo Vecchio is a beautiful historical building full of beautiful paintings. I enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone who visits Florence. It was a pity that the tower was not included in the ticket, and I only found out when I was just near the stairs to it. To go to the tower, I was told to go downstairs again (a lot of stairs), but the ticket to the tower and come back again, then go up the stairs to the tower. They should tell you this when you're still downstairs!

Beautiful Palazzo Vecchio and its works, friendly staff. Improveable layouts : descriptive panels not always immediately visible (e.g., sala Cinquecento), often poorly lit and therefore unreadable, sometimes placed in passing places (stopping to read blocked passage to other room).

Very kind guide, very knowledgeable can explain even to children the artworks. Unique experience, absolutely to recommend.

The place was truly beautiful with gorgeous art, amazing architecture, and it really is kind of astonishing how the rich do not live in the same world as the rest of us mere mortals, and it's not just billionaires today, but the equivalent billionaires of yesteryear. It's also kind of horrifying to think how many people go hungry and homeless while these people exploit their power for excessively wasteful self indulgent wealth. Very very interesting to see.

Easy to get in. On a weekday (early morning) at the end of October, was not overly crowded. We appreciated that purchasing through Headout resulted in the voucher in the app being directly accepted at Piazza Vecchio -- no exchange of an e-ticket for something else, which seems to often be the way it works, and can be confusing to figure out how/where to do it. I'm not sure if this is thanks to Headout or to Piazza Vecchio, but it was nice. The facility was great -- much to see. LEAVE YOUR BACKPACK AT HOME, or be prepared to wait in a long line to check it.

Everything well organized. No time is wasted. The staff very kind and sensitive to families with babies. We are very happy to find Fierenze and its museums again after 17 years ( I remember too long lines at the time) thank you for making this unforgettable visit easier and less tiring.

The Palazzo Vecchio is splendid, but we weren't able to take advantage of the audio-guides because they were sold out, the staff aren't very knowledgeable so they give the wrong information, and nothing in the palace is well signposted so that you can take the tour in the right direction. In my opinion, the on-site explanations are not detailed enough.

I received my tickets directly online, without having to exchange them at a point. What's more, as soon as I ordered online, the tickets were immediately visible and downloadable.

Sent tickets way not possible to open, we had to persuade the Palazzo Vecchio staff to let US enter. Unpleasant experience. The venue itself was above good. Beautiful place and art. I can recommend a visit to everybody.

Very nice visit to the Palazzo Vecchio! Very easy to buy the ticket and access the place. I recommend going with time to go through the whole space and read the descriptions if you don't go with a guide. There is a lot of information that gives context to the tour.

Summary and a bit of background was great to see. The short video was good background on the evolution of the building. The pre-booked ticket made it easy to arrive and enter the site.

Very bad air in completely overheated rooms, where unfortunately you only have the need to get out as quickly as possible.

We didn't have to wait because we'd booked early in the morning, so we didn't really need the queue cutter, but the fact that we already had the tickets was great.

I lovend the murals specifically. And the rooms on the first Floor were artworks in themselves. There was plenty of interesting information.
