Tickets to Chambord Castle

Simple and efficient, I bought the tickets the day before, depending on the châteaux we were going to visit, and I was able to get a 10% discount on my purchase.

Like every year, my stay at Chambord went very well, and the château allowed me to immerse myself in my youth. I will continue to return every year.

Easy access, top-notch staff and a magnificent, sunny setting allowed us to take full advantage of an idyllic setting.

Convenient to have bought our tickets beforehand. All we had to do was scan them. We did, however, have to buy 2 children's tickets as Chenonceaux is not free for them.

The best part about this castle is driving up to it. It is huge and beautiful! There is really no furniture in the castle. We went during winter so not too many people were visiting which was nice. Perhaps if it was spring or summer the flower gardens and the grounds would bring more appeal. The guided tour on the tablet was nice. If you are wanting to see a castle with furniture, paintings, with more interest, visit Chenonceau.

lockers would be more useful at the entrance near the parking lot rather than at the chateau (you have to carry your luggage) accessibility of the shuttle bus to Blois station not well indicated and far from the entrance, timetables posted unclear or wrong

the chateau is sublime but the way the rooms were decorated for christmas with flowers and christmas trees was just magnifikeeeeeee

We loved Chenonceau. It was beautiful. The audio guide was helpful. Chambord was not as inspiring but still essential to visit.

The barcodes we received enabled us to go straight to the entrance of the château itself, without having to go through reception. Note: the indications on the site and the barcode document, "how to exchange your tickets", cast doubt on the possibility of going directly to the château entrance. This should be disregarded. This paragraph should be deleted.

Everything about Chambord was lovely. The film explaining the design, history and usage was very well done and clear. Captions to rooms, paintings and furniture were excellent. The chateau is special.

Les visites des deux chateaux se sont très bien passées et cela a été une belle découverte. Cependant, les billets sont décris comme coupe-file, nous évitant la billeterie sur place alors que nous sommes obligés de passer par la billeterie à Chenonceau afin de procéder à un échange et avoir le bon ticket pour entrer. Il n'y a pas de supplément à payer mais cela fait perdre du temps. Il faudrait l'indiquer clairement sur le site lors de l'achat.

It was our swcins visit to the chateau. Our precious visit was 18 years ago so there has been a lot of changes. We enjoyed the visit friendly staff. We had. Lovely lunch afterwards in one of the restaurants First time we have seen wild boar on the menu this holiday.

We enjoyed our visit to these châteaux, but Chenonceau was packed to the rafters with no information on the number of visitors. Sincerely

Parking badly signposted, believe free but paying. Poorly signposted park. Impossible to visit garden and park in 1 day. Park disappointing compared to other châteaux.

The aim of using Headout as a ticketing service was to avoid queuing at the ticket office and take advantage of a preferential rate. That said, on the day, the entrance to the Château de Chambord was free-flowing, so we didn't have to wait long, and the crowds were kept to a minimum. All in all, we were able to make the most of both the interior and exterior.

the discovery of the castles is impressive, but we cut short the visit to go to the 2nd castle too short on a day including time for lunch and travel and the ticket for 2 adults and the child was not free as it was for Chambord, so we had to queue to buy another ticket

Magnificent visits, simple booking and ticket received immediately. The only downside is that you can't queue at Chenonceaux, but the delay was short. I recommend this tour.
