Florence Cathedral Tickets with Optional Dome & Bell Tower Climb

There is no order to follow nor is it clear where the museum is .... so we missed that and the baptistery. When we arrived we didn't even know what the baptistery was....

An incredible view from the top of the Dome! Not too much of a wait to get in. On the other hand, we would have had to queue again to enter the cathedral, lame!!!!

Everythind was as originally planned. The guide was kind and patient with us as a group. He is quite knowledgeable about the city! Simply Excellent

The guide was fantastic, easy to understand and engaging. The earphones and receiver we were using meant we heard everything he said without needing to cluster round him. He got the tickets for the cathedral for us, definitely the best way to do it.

This was definitely worth it! It got us into everything at the Cathedral and the views from the bell tower and dome were gorgeous!! It was nice going through at our own pace.

Everything went smoothly and on schedule. The staff is friendly. Afterwards, the instructions were sometimes unclear, especially for entering the museum of the offices.

We had received an e-mail telling us to go to the meeting point 15 minutes beforehand to exchange our tickets. The address given did not correspond to the meeting point. And when we finally found the meeting point near the entrance to the Dôme, very poorly signposted and not very visual, a not very friendly person told us to get lost because the tickets we had on the app didn't need to be exchanged. All in all, a useless wait and half an hour wasted when we could have gone straight to the Dome entrance. A very bad experience.

L'esperienza è stata bella. Poter saltare la fila ed entrare velocemente ad ogni attrazione. Nota negativa: avevamo SOLO accessso al Campanile,non alla Cupola.

Not sure I would have known about the Dome experience. That was a highlight of our trip. Didn't need the Bell Tower after that -- really only wanted Dome and Museum. Timed entry reservation was excellent.

The guide was at the arranged place and time, and showed us around the dome for about 45 minutes. He gave us tickets to climb up to the coppola at the right entry place so it all went very smoothly.

Our guide was very knowledgeable & provided lots of new information about the Cathedral. I also appreciated that we had time to access (72 hours) other sites that our ticket covered.

The tickets were well worth it. Where to enter for the tour was a bit confusing since no one was there to confirm the location.

I received an email saying I had to be at Plaza Del Duomo, 9, at 8:45 to meet your people. No one showed up there...I rushed to the entrance just in time...

Well organized. The free checkroom is very convenient for making all the visits without being crowded. The Museo del Opera is really superb and interesting.

Clear instructions about leaving your bag at a point some distance from entry point The time stated on your ticket is no guarantee that you will get entry at or near that time

The meeting point was a bit far from the Uffizi Gallery. We had to ask several times to find out that someone would accompany us from the meeting point to there, crossing the crowded Signoria square with difficulty to follow the girl. When we arrived, the girl did not have the tickets and we had to wait while she went to get them.

What we liked was the shorter line to get in the cathedral. The Baptismal was under construction but looked like it was beautiful

I've always loved Florence and I have always wanted to go and visit. I did have the pleasure to visit one of the most famous places and it has just been a pleasant one!

there was certain misunderstanding at Academia Gallery but the person in charge appeared very dutyful, attentive and helpful in assisting me and some others as well to provide with the entry pass. I feel grateful to her and the whole company for their services.

By booking in good time about 20 days in advance, day and time, we were able to go up Brunelleschi's Dome without big lines, also then we went up Giotto's Bell Tower, Baptistery, Opera Museum, Basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore "actually this one free admission but skipping the very long line" and visit the Basilica museum below, all very interesting. All this with one ticket, with backpack storage included. Very satisfied, recommended. gb
