Everything went very well. The spa was spectacular, with very good surveillance, the pools were super pleasant and the cleanliness and organization of the changing rooms was excellent. I loved it The cruise was very interesting... seeing at sunset and at night what I had visited during the day. A spectacular view.

I felt that the experience was just ok. I was horrified to see the amount of people using mobile cameras within the venue. I personally would consider this to be a breach of GDPR legislation, and an evasion of people's privacy. When I mentioned this to a staff member, he was incredibly dismissive.

The outside pool was beautiful and lovely and warm we spent several hours in their and there were lots of sunbeds available to use. We found some of the signage a little confusing but got there in the end

I loved the baths, was surprised at how many stag and hen do's were there but there was enough space. The pools weren't as clean as I thought they would be but it was an experience that I came to Budapest for. I would have loved to use the stunning changing rooms.

No problem with the ticket. The only problem was the crowding and the low hygienic conditions due to the crowding 🤷‍♂️. My suggestions: Increase the prices and decrease the amount of people in the bath. Matteo from Italy

The outside area is fab. Inside pool areas were smelly put me off staying inside too long. There are plenty of pools to choose from all of different temperatures including a cold dip pool. I went about 12 but all loungers and seats were already taken, so I recommend to go early. Overall a really good day. The danube cruise was amazing! 20:40 sailing was perfect time to see sights at day light and dark.

We had fast track entry, so we went to door and they would not let us in. They sent us to other side of building, even though there were no one in front of us. Being disabled, and with a stick I thought they would let us in. But they didn't. Apart from that, the experience was great. Particularly the outside pools. I thought u could use the wrist band to pay for food, but to go back to cabin to get card. Food was delicious. The place needs updating at bits, but certainly doesn't detract from the impressive structure. The baths were the reason I came to budapest, and it didn't disappoint me. Fantastic.

The swimming pools and saunas are very good. Clean. What needs to be improved are the taps in the changing room showers with lockers.

Satisfied! I recommend going very early (10 am max), I did not spend time inside because I preferred to take advantage of the beautiful day outside. ABSOLUTELY bring flip flops bathing suit and towel, the prices to buy them there are insane!!!

Don't hesitate to pay a little extra for a private cabin. It's very comfortable and can accommodate two people without any problem. The chairs outside are quickly taken and well reserved, so it wasn't possible to sit down. Otherwise, the baths and the view all around are fantastic.

The day was superb. The thermal pools were amazing and relaxing. Food and drinks were available too but not obvious where you could get just a sandwich. Salt room very good too. If two of you, you only need one cabin- but fast track during busy season is good. Book a massage etc well in advance as they get book up quickly. In sum, good day experience.

The baths are very pleasant. It was perfect in that respect. The outdoor baths are too crowded, but that's tourism! On the other hand, the locker showers...not very suitable and limited in terms of cleanliness.

We picked this bath as it was advised best experience. It was certainly nice but also very basic. The warm outdoor baths where nice Guards however didnt stop a group of 30+ adult guys in the round thing to avoid others having fun.. The haman/sauna was pretty dirty and very limited experience available. Would nobody advise to come for Sauna experiences. You get that everywhere better as here Oh last but not least, staff in the little shop and in the shop closets unfriendly, not polite and very basic to no english

Great experience being in such amazing surroundings! The baths were beautiful and I loved exploring to find the ones that were just the right temperature for me. Only issue was the lack of food options for a whole day, and the fact that the ticket office was around the opposite side of the very large building to the entry point. That was annoying. But overall I'd definitely recommend.

It is a magical palace and the thermal pools tour is very relaxing and the outdoor pools are fun and a good experience to enjoy while in Budapest.

Amazing experience, Thermal bath in 31 degrees really feels comfortable and relaxing moments. Not to be missed in Budapest visit.

We arrived at 9am on a Tuesday and walked straight in there was 4 adults and 1 child (11y), we each handed a wrists band which locked and unlocked the gates and in our case our locked changing cabins. Headed straight to our private cabin to change, was a good size plenty of room. Headed outside and there was plenty of sun loungers. Loads of pools and thermal baths to visit and enjoy, we ate lunch there and the food on offer was really good and the beer was cold! We spent 5 hours here it was a welcomed break from the city, started to get really busy at around 11am. Highly recommend to come here

It was a lovely sunny day so ideal to sit and enjoy the outdoor pools. No beds available to really be able to relax if you're not using the pool.

After reading some reviews I didn't have high hopes about the experience. I can say it was an amazing experience, booking was so easy. Remember to go right around to the back to get fast track. We arrived at 8am and everything was so easy, private cabin was perfect for two. We left at 12.30 and at this point it was getting very busy so we were glad we went early. Definitely worth a visit
