Just so easy to book, ticket sent immediately to my email then able to use the app when the bus was available. So much easier than trying to organise a ticket after you arrive. A great app, easy to use and it works. The ticket scanned perfectly An essential app to enhance a positive travelling experience. Thank you.

The Actual ride on the skybus was great as was the gentlemen driving the bus. He was so helpful getting my suitcase on and off the bus. However, I purchased my tickets online and printed my confirmation off as I believed that was all I needed. However when I handed my printed confirmation to the young female at the Melbourne airport in charge of the Skybus line she was extremely rude. She said that is no use to me I need a QR code to scan. I felt so embarrassed to be chastised in front of a long line of people. I then got on my iPhone and downloaded the app to obtain the tickets which she then scanned. I would suggest going forward that it clearly state on the confirmation email that you must download your tickets in the app to obtain access to the bus.

On time. Very convenient but very expensive. Can you please make it a little bit cheaper. My train ride for 4 hours cost me $10.50 return. Skybus so dear from airport to southern cross.

This was a bus trip from the city centre to the airport in my hometown, so I am not sure what an 'awesome' rating would mean. I gave it a rating of 'good' because it had all that I would expect - uncomplicated online ticketting process, good signage to find the bus station at Southern Cross, pleasant staff - ticket checker and driver, clean surroundings, clean and comfortable bus.

No stress, no need to run for ticket . Near to entrace, Driver giving orientation, and enough space for luggage, clean and neat, well organized.

The bus was waiting when I got off the train, so my connection from a country train trip, bus to the airport was very efficient.

The pickup point was easy to identify and get to. The attendant was very good at assisting us with our "ticket malfunction" The driver assisted us with our luggage and the ride into the City from the Aiport was quite good.

Fast efficient and no fuss. The drivers and ticketing staff were polite and helpful in attempting to help me translate my ticket from a text message to a readable document. Re the issuing of a ticket: not so good an experience. I don't do the internet on my mobile phone and at the time I didn't have access to a printer so the message format caused me grief but the staff were very helpful - and trusting that what I showed them was enough proof that I had paid for my transfer ticket - Airport to Melbourne and return.

Awesome service. Can't describe how easy, affordable and convenient Skybus was. Would use this service every time I went to Melbourne BOTH WAYS. Convenient- they are right at the baggage carousel. Fantastic. Runs every 15 mins. Amazing. And tickets last three months.

I accidentally left my laptop on the bus and realised moments after leaving...ran back and he was waiting for me with the laptop!

well, the bus was there, a nice helpful man checked our tickets then off we went into the city. very seamless. Thank you, will do so again when next I travel to Melbourne!

hello gye im glad to say that u should must ticketing in cash at ticket counter because like me some passenger have no card if possible so great experience with skybus

It was a fantastic experience. I had no issues. Travelling alone and not being familiar with Melbourne the ease of finding the bus depot, helpfulness of staff was excellent. I will not hesitate to recommend or use your service again.

Enjoyed purchasing in advance, so no queues on arrival for tickets. Availability of buses and non stop into CBD. Easy and swift movement of people with luggage.

SkyBus was on time both ways and very fast which is what you require when you are exhausted when flying. Phoned staff at SkyBus and they were very helpful and lovely to speak with. Thank you 🚌💃👏

OK but as someone not used to having a mobile phone as the main method of processing/handling tickets etc, it was a little confusing at first.

Huge gap in the peninsular service in the evening. Also was waiting for the city bus for well over 15 minutes, standing in the heat.

Great streanlined efficient service lovely staff, we had to go on the double decker but it was extremely hot up top and alot of passengers commented also

Simple online order smoothed the way straight onto the bus q with the QR code. Tickets emailed in only a few minutes. Staff at the bus line were friendly, helpful and patient with customers struggling with bags or tickets. Bus ride was fun and comfortable-how often do u ever get to ride on a double decker bus :)
