The 2 tours gave a great insight into how Rome developed and the transitions over time. The ticketing experience was not ideal as the redemption process was not clear and we did not understand the Trevi underground was a timed entry. All worked fine though in the end.

I was expecting a guided tour. What I got was a audio guide at each site and no chance to ask questions.
The signs on the exhibits are in a bad state, many numbers have fallen off. Obviously there is no maintenance done.
I also do not understand why one has to be exactly at 10.00 am in a place where they print out your vouchers for a self guided tour.

Nous avons trouvé que le lieu de rdv est très mal expliquer et la distance entre les deux a pied n'est pas facile en plus avec des coupures internet avec le google maps.Sinon les excusions sont très bien.

Despite some confusion with the meeting point, our tour of both the area beneath Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain was exceptionally good and certainly well recommended.

I had to change dates and Headout changed them for me without issue.
I thought this was going to be a live tour and not a self guided one so that was a bit disappointing. But the Navona underground was interesting.
But you have to get yourself from Piazza Navona to Fontana di Trevi to pick back up the tour and even though it's self guided you still have to wait for the entire group to go in together. So I had to wait 30 minutes outside, even though the lady who sold the tickets said we could go in whenever we got to the Trevi acquaduct. The Underground Trevi is a very small space and was overcrowded with everyone going in together and trying to listen to headsets in different languages in a small space. This part was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this "tour".
