Such a convenient way to get around. I had two issues: 1) the main office had given me a leaflet with walks which were temporarily closed, but the bus driver still suggested that walk. So, that was confusing. 2) the last bus at stop 26 was due to arrive at 4.48pm. I got there 5 minutes before and waited for around 15 minutes but the bus didnt turn up. Luckily, Leura station was 20 mins walk but I was absolutely shattered at that point.

It's a very convenient way of getting orientated as to where you would like to get off. I have been visiting the blue mountains for over 50 years. I still catch the bus to get around as I travel there by train. I can be in Katoomba and ride the bus back to where I am staying at Leura.

The experience was nice and it covered all the major attractions. Didn't have to walk much as I was with a child and elder people. Good memories

You need to update your website with the correct times of the buses. Very annoying to follow your link from the email you sent and then to find out the times are wrong. The bus company said they constantly ask you to update the times but you haven't for at least 3 years

We hade to guides on our trip. The female was fantastic. The male was very difficoult to hear what he said. It's necessary to speak clearly. All passangers are not Australian.

Very friendly drivers! We got on the bus at Fairmont and the driver gave good suggestion to us to visit the scenic world first to avoid too many tourists later during the day. We enjoyed the ride which gave us a good discovery of Blue Mountain.

Amazing day spent in the Blue Mountains! Loved the Hop on Hop off bus. The commentating was interesting and entertaining. The views from the bus were great and driver was friendly. The lady in the office was helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area to do the hop on hop off bus as well as the pass for Scenic World.

I loved the commentary by the bus drivers, the the scenary was amazing. We would do this again when we return to Sydney.

Really easy despite the kind of long bus ride. Got busy even as morning went on but if we went in the earliest morning slot it would have been super foggy and we wouldn't have gotten awesome views. Love the personable guides :)
