There was a young boy at the information desk. He was extremely helpful. Before we even asked, he had answered all our questions and even gave us info we didnt even think of asking. He was so clear and helpful that it made our trip just that much better! So good!!! Probably just need another round of times on the timetable, finishing at like 6 or something. I know it would be a long day though so not too sure how that would work. Would mean we could do just a bit more ☺️ Otherwise, it was a perfect day, thank you!

Such a convenient way to get around. I had two issues: 1) the main office had given me a leaflet with walks which were temporarily closed, but the bus driver still suggested that walk. So, that was confusing. 2) the last bus at stop 26 was due to arrive at 4.48pm. I got there 5 minutes before and waited for around 15 minutes but the bus didnt turn up. Luckily, Leura station was 20 mins walk but I was absolutely shattered at that point.

Red Route

Hop on a double-decker bus and see the scenery of the Blue Mountains allowing you 1-day unlimited hop-on-hop-off at any of the 23 stops. Learn about the history of the Blue Mountains with live commentary from your tour guide.

Dress snug in warm layers; Blue Mountains is known to have a chilly twist in the weather from Jun to Aug.
While the Scenic World Cableway is closed for maintenance (October 14th – November 8th, 2024), you can explore Dinosaur Valley at no extra cost.
