Duomo Milan Cathedral, Museum and Rooftop Access Tickets

The ho ardies at the 'entrance were thorough and very kind: we felt safe. The spires are beautiful and well kept. The organ concert heard inside the cathedral was also very nice !!! They would be, however, to clean up the walls of the internal stairs leading up because some rude people have daubed them with inappropriate writing. Greetings and best wishes to all

Easy ticket booking online via mobile phone and easy entrance process. Wonderful access to the rooftop and inside church. Not a fan of the 30 minute wait to get off the roof it only takes 5-10 minutes to take in the view and more than enough pictures.

No queues, wonderful views from the terrace of the Duomo. Impressive cathedral, the stained glass windows, the ceilings, the columns... All Museum of the Duomo spectacular, you can see the gargoyles, statues, Gothic finishes. Impressive

I was able to get into Milan Cathedral without standing in ticket lines, without having paper tickets that I could lose, and it was very easy to use

Easy to purchase on line for good price and stair entrance was easy to find. I was able to see the terraces without a tour which is exactly what I wanted.

I love the impressive architecture and the art works BUT I almost was not able to get in because the app stinks! It showed my tickets but would not display the QR code. They would not let me in and there was no phone number to call for help. In desperation I went back to the email which luckily I had on my phone and was able to get the QR code on my browser. To add insult to injury, that night after we had visited the Duomo, I got a push notification with my QR codes. They need to fix this app ASAP note my picture with no QR code

I loved everything about it: the location, the freedom to wander around and take photos. The only downside was the lack of toilets in and around the museum.

It is one of the tickets that has given me the best performance. At this price we had access to the roof of the cathedral , the interior , and the museum. It was impressive

The duomo and the stairs were amazing! I would highly recommend. The museum was a little disappointing because we did not know what we were viewing as there were no notes to be read. The audio guide were all taken so we went into see the exhibits without any explanation. That was not good.

Good experience. I missed a little more detail about the number of stairs to be taken on the way up to the terrace. That can give you an idea of whether it is worth the elevator or the stairs. The rest very well.

Everything was fine. The Duomo is totally impressive and worth it. Just the terrace queue was very long and thick, my friends were about to suggest skipping it. Hopefully we did not. I couldn't find out why we needed to choose a scheduled hour, as we were waiting for about an hour. Overall- lifelong event and breathtaking views. Definitely a positive experience. ☺️

No guide. No direction. We paid for elevator but no mention of need to walk down steps to descend. Liked the museo de Duomo. But expected company to give more context to experience. Entirely self guided. No support/ info

Good experience, but the access location is not clear. It was raining a lot and we didn't know where to wait. I suggest more clarity. Duomo Square is very big. You should clarify a specific point with a picture and an arrow.

As beautiful inside as outside! And being able to walk on the roof of this magnificent cathedral is a real plus. It offers a splendid view of Milan

The exprience was impeccable and astonishing. The pictures and videos that you would see online or social does not do justice. This is something when you have th opportunity to see for yourself.

Incredible view inside the Duomo & from the roof top, highly recommend taking the elevator up to the roof top! Take bottled water especially, if it is a sunny day.

That was really a super experience! My daughter and I enjoyed it very much! Thanks it worked out so well with buying tickets online. Milan...we will be back :smiling_face_with_hearts:

Buying tickets online was best. We avoided the neverending queue and we could use our time to enjoy the Duomo, the terrace, the museum, all the views and we felt awesome!

It was great. Everything perfectly organized, fortunately on Monday not so extremely crowded. The views from the cathedral terrace have impressed us see, also the interior of the cathedral.

Very smooth check in process with the tickets which was better than standing in the line. Disappointed that there were no signs in the viewing area or in the cathedral that had any explanation of what you were looking at. A lost opportunity to connect with the history.
