Tickets to Siena Cathedral

There was not clear information that you would have to queue to exchange the head out voucher for a barcoded ticket at the cathedral which involved queueing . I was under the impression that the head out system was to skip the queue

Very easy to purchase tickets. The tour to see each of the exhibits was easy to follow. Each exhibit should be visited. The Duomo is amazing and hard to believe this was built 600+ years ago.

Everything very beautiful starting with the floor of the cathedral and the works of the various painters. The Piccolomini library is also wonderful.

It was a beautiful church. One of the many churches we have seen but this one stood out. I'm so glad we went in to see it.

The ticketing experience was so easy and we were able to skip the line and get right in. This is the prettiest cathetedral we saw on our trip. It is just stunning and not to be missed. Go up to the roof for a wonderful view of Siena!

The Duomo complex was a fascinating and beautiful place to visit and gets 5 stars. The ticketing experience with Headout was average at best - given the mark-up over direct ticketing prices we had expected to be given detailed information on ticket collection (from when could they be collected), up to date opening hours and a detailed description of how the OPA Si pass works - especially with regards to the fact that several of the sites included have to be visited at the same time. There was essentially no information given by Headout and we were grateful for some very helpful local OPA staff who were able to guide us fully. I would not use Headout again for obtaining tickets that are available directly as there was no 'value-added'

I was there 44 years ago. That time I was standing in front off the statue of Giovanni Baptista and I was so thought that tears came out off me. So to be back in this wonderfull building was also to be back in my deeper me.

Would be very helpful if you state what entity to pick up the tickets from. Was looking for a head out sign or person.

Purchased our tickets in advance, went to the counter to pick up our tickets (no wait) and proceeded into the duomo. Super easy and the person at the counter was very nice and informative.

La cathédrale est magnifique. La visite est néanmoins rendue difficile par le nombre de visiteurs. Beaucoup ne respectent pas les itinéraires proposés. Conséquence inévitable du tourisme de masse.

Upon arriving in Siena and discovering on the official website there were no available tickets for the Duomo the following day, I found some on your website for a mere 8 Euro markup for 2 tickets. I received the online confirmation immediately and the next morning picked up the actual tickets after a 5-minute wait, then got into the cathedral right on time. Great experience.

We bought our tickets online very efficient reconciled the ticket and they let us in no line up what so ever. Highly recommend.

I don't understand why I had to go to the ticket office to get the tickets. Isn't possible to get a ticket directly on my phone? Other than that, great experience.

When we arrived, we realized we should have purchased a more expansive ticket to view/access more parts of the duomo. Our request was handled easily and quickly, saving us valuable time to enjoy the duomo before it closed.

Booking tickets online saved us from hours of queing at the ticket office, in the baking sun I might add. A little bit tricky to find the counter where one present the booking code to redeem tickets, but it worked out in the end.

Much easier booking online and getting in the fast track queue. But didn't realise until we had stood out in the sun for 20 mins! Magnificent cathedral once we got in, quite superb and better than the Duomo in Florence!

The people at the ticket office and cathedral were super helpful and kind. Used the app easy enough with directions. Absolutely beautiful place. Lady in the shop helped us purchase necklaces and spent a good amount of time helping my sister and I decide.

Definitely a benefit to buying tickets ahead of time. The lines were very long for those who hadn't. Beauitufl Duomo to visit
