I appreciated the text as I arrived to the theatre. It helped put me at ease since I was concerned I was going to have an issue meeting up with my agent to pick up tickets. That worry ended up not being necessary everything went smoothly

I got the tickets I wanted and a good price. My only complaint was my agent was working 2 theatres so she was not in front of my theatre but when I called she picked right up and I was able to locate her after the phone call.
