Easy to navigate to the ticket location. Was happy not to wait in line. Very helpful and friendly.

personnel sympathique mais vous n'êtes pas correct avec les prix, trop chers. De plus, j'ai 24 ans et je n'ai payé dans aucun musée à Paris (je ne l'ai découvert que plus tard) mais vous m'avez fait payer et aussi généreusement. il ne faut pas tant en profiter.

This was a great experience! We just picked up tickets and when and enjoyed the Louvre! We skipped the large line, so that was worth every penny in itself. Every staff member was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. No line to even pick up tickets. All in all, amazing experience and will use this site again for ticket purchases

Better directions for where to find the office would be helpful.

Skip the line means just that - skip the line. As it was, we needed to line up for 30 minutes, which was not expected. Also, the audio guide inclusions seems like a bit of a scam - you have to leave a 30 Euro deposit for each device and then return them to the ticket booth. This was not explained when we placed the order. We were then directed to a free app that we could download in lieu of the audio guide - so why then did we pay for the guide?

non immediato trovare l'agenzia per i biglietti ma credo anche causa lavori di ristrutturazione in zona. Sarebbe pero' importante spiegare bene la localizzazione, googlemaps era un po' impreciso con l'indirizzo. ritiro biglietti e guida su app o audioguida recuperati velocemente. salta coda col covid vale un po' poco, ma siamo entrati veolcemente
