Aquarium had loads of exciting animals, it's big and nicely set out. All staff were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about the animals.

All of it we've been planning this trip for years and everything was amazing though the bobba tea could of been cheaper and queuing to get through by the green screen when we didn't want a photo was a bit much.

The day was filled with interesting information walking over the sharks at the beginning was excellent. The larger array of fish was impressive
It was very busy but taking your time you got to see all of the exhibits. The penguins were great but the jellyfish exhibit was my favourite

The aquarium was lovely but I had booked tickets in advance and on my ticket it said 10am opening, arrived with the kids in tow at for 10am only to discover that aquarium wasn't opening til 11am. Was disappointing as we had another attraction booked for after Sealife so felt we couldn't fully enjoy the experience as we lost an hour of time in there.

Had an amazing time over there with my family. Saw so many ocean creatures however we couldn't complete the tour as we were urge to evacuate the building due to an emergency.

Magical morning at the acquarium. The penguins, the jellyfish and the VR experience were a real highlight. Also great AC on a hot day in London!

I liked the day as such. I was expecting more from London aquarium. I consider space too small and tank not adequate for some species.
I was somehow disappointed and consoder value for money pretty low.

Experience is fantastic but ticket cost is too high. One 16 year plus ticket costing £35 is not any worth or value for money. I will request authority to look at it.

Venue was very busy with lots of pushchairs, babies n young children in confined spaces, it felt a little chlostraphobic. I wasn't impressed with standards/tanks species were kept in, best part was penguins although they looked bored, can't blame them! I thought it was expensive for what it was. Staff were very helpful at reception but didn't see many staff when going through exhibitions, but always there for photo sessions!

The aquarium was a bit disappointing compared to others I have visit, especially at almost £40 per ticket. It seemed to be 100% geared for young children and the information was aimed at that level. The jellyfish display was disappointing and the whole experience to about an hour without rushing. I expected more

The atmosphere was very cosy. Also there are information pages on every dish and creature. The display is very good and clear that you can see and interact with the fish

The range of marine animals and the large viewing tanks were amazing! The different areas and information points were exciting to see. I liked how you start and finish having seen every single room following the path.

It was a lovely experience with my grandaughter. ...although.....
Sadly - as she is only 2 she was not tall enough to pop up in the domes which is dissapointing seeing we had to pay £35 for her entrance fee. and To have to pay for the VR - was extortion again.. I would understand paying for the VR if her ticket was half the price.

I had never seen penguins in my entire life..I was so happy to see them live as they swim,enjoyed seeing the sharks too with more other species
