It was a very fun experience! The kids loved it and we couldn't get them away from the huge turtle and sharks display that was in the middle of the exhibit. You could see it from every angle and the lighting and music added to the experience in a very fun and artistic way! Very much recommended!

The aquarium worth visit. It is bit old infrastructure and glasses are not well polished as it should be, but the species collection, the way it designed, from fresh water to salt water, from rain forest to ice, it captured our engagement. We visit as family with 4years kid.

Access was easy. However the atmosphere was claustrophobic. A number of points were closed. We exited and then asked to come back to just use the toilet for my 6 yr old and were refused. Generally an ungenerous feeling.

Memorable all around experience. But would have been great if the lighting inside some tanks were bit brighter and the tank glasses were more clean as some tanks had dirt spots blocking the view from small kids. Also, if any chance you could include a dolphin section would be much appreciated as well. Thank you team Thank you team.

The sea life aquarium was amazing. It was so fun to watch all the aquatic life forms. The huge viewing tunnel was the highlight of the aquarium where the fishes literally swim all around you. The penguin exhibit was also fun. I would definitely recommend the sea life aquarium to anyone who is visiting London.

I went with my 3 year little girl and her eyes lit up like a light house when she saw all the fish it was her time in a place like that and she was buzzing from her favourite one was the two Turtles so in the gift shop I had to buy a teddy turtle and she has now taken it to bed with her tonight

It was my friends birthday and she wanted a simple but out of day to day experience and because acquariums aren't really a thing for us back home we thought it would be most appropriate in breaking the ice.We don't regret one bit we had a time of our life and would do it over and over again

Good morning, The experience at Sea Life London Aquarium was fantastic! We entered around 10:00 am and stayed there about 2 hours and 30 minutes among the tanks filled with spectacular specimens of sharks, fish of all kinds. The most beautiful part, in our opinion, were the penguins, which as most of the time, is the favorite "attraction" for both older and younger visitors! Highly recommended experience

Good value for money! Not too busy. Ability to take your time too! Lots of photo opportunities which is nice! Lots of toilets around which is handy when you have young children!! Lots of beautiful creatures. Our favourite was Bowzer the snapping turtle who Sea Life are now looking after since he was abandoned (see photo!) he's so cute. The only thing I would say is I think improvements are definitely needed for the penguin area..space, visual access and cleanliness.

A fantastic first visit, especially with my child. My kid absolutely loved seeing the clownfish! It is quite expensive though, and some areas felt a bit sparse. Even the popular fish section could be more impressive for the price. Still, it was a really enjoyable first experience for us.

The Aquarium experience was fabulous with such a variety of sea life I've never seen before ; it was a real education and feast for the senses. I really liked the interior theme of being in a submarine with the wall decor or underground with the cave effects. I was unable to find a souvenir guide which I always like when I visit attractions. I would definitely recommend it to friends for worth seeing.

The amazing display of marine species made an awe provoking experience for my nine months old son. We had a pushchair that we were allowed to carry and the staff were eager to help by giving directions and proving knowledgeable commentaries. Ee are grateful for such a memorable family day out.

We went on a Sunday so it was quite busy but they seem to be good at managing the crowds so it doesn't feel overly busy. It was actually very good. My 4 year old loved it and it went on for quite a while with some of the key highlights being the sharks, turtles and penguins. I've left one star off just because of how expensive it is. We spent £128 for 2 adults and 1 child and I'm not sure how people afford this kind of thing with 2 children. I also think it lacked some information about what was in the tank at times, mostly when a tank has multiple windows. Overall we all enjoyed seeing the sea creatures up close and it was a long enough without getting boring.

We have had the most wonderful afternoon at Sea Life London, for a friday afternoon was not so crowdy, so we could enjoy the aquariums at our own pace. I personally loved seeing the big sharks, the rays and all the beautiful coloured sea fishes. We could even see and touch sharks eggs, that was really amazing😍. We absolutely loved the playful penguins and the beautiful and lovely seahorses🥰. We for sure recommend anyone for visiting, it is both fun and relaxing experience.

We had the best day at London Sea Life, from the very first moment we arrived we were captivated, it was a last big day out of the summer holiday and my 8 year old and I loved it! There was something magical to discover around every turn, we loved the giant green turtles and the fun of the rock pools. We spent over 4 hours inside and loved every minute.

The aquarium was lovely but I had booked tickets in advance and on my ticket it said 10am opening, arrived with the kids in tow at for 10am only to discover that aquarium wasn't opening til 11am. Was disappointing as we had another attraction booked for after Sealife so felt we couldn't fully enjoy the experience as we lost an hour of time in there.

Venue was very busy with lots of pushchairs, babies n young children in confined spaces, it felt a little chlostraphobic. I wasn't impressed with standards/tanks species were kept in, best part was penguins although they looked bored, can't blame them! I thought it was expensive for what it was. Staff were very helpful at reception but didn't see many staff when going through exhibitions, but always there for photo sessions!

Sadly - as she is only 2 she was not tall enough to pop up in the domes which is dissapointing seeing we had to pay £35 for her entrance fee. and To have to pay for the VR - was extortion again.. What made our aquarium visit truly special was that we went to celebrate my husband’s birthday — his very first as a new dad! We brought along our 4-month-old baby, and it was such a memorable experience watching our little one be completely mesmerized by the colorful sea life. Seeing his wide eyes follow the fish and other marine creatures made the visit magical and meaningful for all of us. It was a beautiful way to mark a special milestone as a new family.

The staff were helpful, friendly and informative. The environment itself was spotlessly clean. The information on the wildlife was easy to locate and was easy to understand. It was the second time I had been to the Aquarium in a year and everything was exactly the same, consistency is the key to success here I believe. Not all of the creatures were exhibited but that is only to be expected if there are particular issues concerning that species. Lovely experience. Great day out.

Overall it was a great morning - the whole place feels a little tired though and could do with a bit of a face lift but didn't detract from the enjoyment for my children! Felt quite expensive for what it was - we were there for 2 hours and for a family of 4 it cost £141. Compared to other attractions where you spend much longer I don't think this is as good value for money.

It was absolutely fabulous and the best surprise for my best friends birthday! however we were disappointed about the no penguins :( so we will have to book another train and come back to see them. It was quite frustrating as of course the penguins are on the wall and stuff, but there were no signs saying no penguins. A lot of other people in the gift shop were asking about the penguins aswell and felt slightly let down.

I was left highly disappointed with my day at Sea life. I took my daughter for her first birthday and from the start the venue was too overcrowded and it soon became clear this venue had prioritised ticket sales over the enjoyment factor for its guests which is a shame because my baby enjoyed the sea-life she was able to see, it was just a shame she was unable to experience everything.

I dont think the facilities for the fish and penguins are at all adequate and i left feeling distinctly uncomfortable about this. It was overcowded and the staff we encountered seemed miserable showing little patience for my group that included 3 wheelchair users. Safe to say, I won't be returning.

Some great exhibits with unique and interesting fish. But there were not enough exhibits or things to do to justify the cost. I do like hearing about the conservation the aquarium is participating in/has participated in. I think my dissatisfaction came from it being advertised as this grand aquarium but it's really just a primary school field trip location. I come from a tourist destination where the aquarium/theme parks with sea life are massive and showcase them in ways that make people interested in staying and looking at them. The lack of space at each "display" made it very difficult to want to stay and look.

Well, I was waiting for an all around glass structure to move into the sea life, just because of the advertisements. But it was still nice. One thing to be considered, if there was a ramp while leaving the building(exit), that would have been easier for buggies and even for wheelchairs. There are lots of family visitors with babies. I did not see any ramp, just stairs were there. But if there is another exit with a ramp, it is not well described by signs then.

My experience was good, everything went well and my daughters and I were very happy with everything we saw in the aquarium, especially the sea turtles, stingrays and sharks. The toilets were clean and organized, which pleased me very much. At the end there is a little shop where you can buy souvenirs of the incredible day, but the prices of the products could be more affordable.
