Skip-the-Line Fast View Tickets to Berlin TV Tower

We found it regrettable that this wonderful TV tower experience was marred by the extremely disgusting smell of stale, cheap grease. Shouldn't we consider the fact that the TV tower is a landmark of our capital and thus represents our country?

The tour guide knowledge was very good and although we booked the night before the tour, all our details were with the tour guide when we arrived.

Arrived slightly earlier than we booked and was greeted by a pleasant member of the security team who told us to go in and look around the shop until it was our time. Once you're out of the lift the views from the TV Tower are amazing and well worth the money. Plenty to read about the history of Berlin and there's a bar if you need a quick drink.

The maginificient view from the top was extraordinary and it was overall a good experince. However, the interiors of the lift can be modfied with adding an audio description about the TV Tower. It can give an idea to tourists about how the TV tower was built and what was the objective behind it.

We liked the friendly staff, the good organization and the security measures the most. It was a very nice and pleasant stay at the Berlin TV Tower.

We really liked the view from the TV tower and the staff were very friendly. Admission with the online tickets was quick and uncomplicated. :blush:

Quick entry ticket means....man has a ticket, and then queues neatly at the back. You spend longer in the queue in front of the tower, then in the tower before the body search, then in front of the elevator, than you actually spend on the viewing platform. A beautiful vantage point, yes...definitely a 45-minute stay too...:sweat_smile:, just not the way you imagine it....and we were there at 9am... I'm glad we were there so early.... Oh yes...for all claustrophobics....who have their fear under control....the elevator is filled on command, at the discretion of the staff...not according to the well-being of the guests...just as a side note.

The air in the viewing platform was filled with very unpleasant kitchen odors (it smelled pungently of fish). Together with the overcrowding and inadequate ventilation, the stay was very uncomfortable.

It was a partly cloudy day and the waiting area was not at all crowded. Everything went without a hitch and my 5 year old grandson loved looking down over trains, boats, cars and even people. We had a good time!

Fantastic view, weather was great, good explanations. I was just a bit surprised when the ticket was also required for the exit... I'd honestly never seen it like that before...

Everything went very smoothly with the booking. We were able to reach the viewing platform without any waiting time. We were greeted by a fantastic view, including the sunset. It was mega!

It doesn't make a good impression on foreign guests if the feeling of excitement and hecticness is conveyed as soon as they enter. If, while waiting for the elevator, you are then offered in large advertisements that you can (after all!) look in the restaurant for any free seats, which we had originally intended to do, but are then boyishly instructed "I (!) say there are no free seats, so you (!) don't go up there!", this is rather worth considering after an elevator ride without (!) lift assistance over hundreds of meters. I've been up the TV tower a few times, mostly in the restaurant, but also on the platform below. So I also know that things were very different on the TV tower. In any case, our Italian friend made it clear that it was very exciting and more of an adventure than an excursion. Afterwards we had a relaxed meal in a good restaurant ... that's why my rating for the trip is still "good".

The process and booking were very easy and worked without any problems. However, the advance booking would not have been necessary as the crowds were manageable. Nevertheless, the TV tower with the World Time Clock on the Alex, the Neptune Fountain and the Museum Island within walking distance are worth a recommendation. I don't have to go there every year, but you should have been there once. When the weather is nice, the view from the TV tower is truly gigantic and the explanation of the individual viewing axes in the tower is very good and informative and simply great! You wouldn't believe how old it actually is and you have to acknowledge what the GDR builders were really capable of when they were allowed to.

Unser Besuch des Fernsehturms in Berlin fand an einem Tag statt, an dem der Turm nur 50 m zu sehen war, der Rest in den Wolken. Der Sicherheitsdienst/Einlass/Empfang ludt uns daraufhin für den Folgetag ein und das klappte auch. Toller Service vor Ort, tolle Aussicht - sehr zu empfehlen...

It was so informative and it being my 1st visit to Berlin it was also helpful in showing me places that I might have missed. Thoroughly recommended ✔️

The whole experience was easy, enjoyable and efficient. Less time queing and standing in line, more time enjoying the experience

Unfortunately our visit was at night and the views were not very good, as the panels reflected the light from inside and visibility was not very good. The visit was agile and without queues, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We thought we purchased lunch tickets, but only purchased sky deck viewing. The bar was supposed to be open by 10, but by 11:30, he said he would be open at noon.
