Guided Tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine with Meeting Point Pick Up from Krakow

Loved everything about our experience!! The tour was awesome and everything went smoothly. The only complaint I have is that I received an email with one meeting point and after we got there I checked my email again and saw that we were supposed to be at a different meeting point. We literally ran to the 2nd point only to find out we could've been picked up at the 1st spot. Regardless, we loved it and would definitely book with you again!!

The place is outstanding, understand why Krakow was one of the richest cities in the 400s, salt equal to gold, and there is plenty of it here. Excellent guide, safe route

I meant above is the meeting point after the tour. When the tour finished, it would have been better if the guide could suggest what time we should come to the parking area and a brief explanation of the parking area to remind the visitors.

The driver and guide took care of us perfectly. We were well accompanied. However, it's important to understand that the time indicated is when the vehicle or mini-bus arrives at the meeting point. It is not the starting time of the tour.

The pick-up and transfer worked wonderfully, the driver gave us great and understandable information. In my opinion, there were too many groups in the mine at once and the gide was often very difficult to understand, everything had to happen very quickly, there was little time to marvel.

Really great and interesting place to visit. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.but very expensive Compared to other tickets available for the same experience.

Il tour è stato molto ben fatto e la guida era molto preparata. Unico problema, essendo gli spazi molto grandi e il gruppo numeroso si faceva spesso fatica a sentire le spiegazioni e le curiosità sugli spazi visitati. Consiglierei delle cuffie per poter raggiungere tutti quanti.

When we booked it gave us the option to book a pick up point so we picked this tour as it was around the corner from the hotel but then it never came and got called after that it was a different meeting point and we had to sort out a taxi. So I tried to get in contact with an agent and he just said the location got changed last minute and they have no control over it and literally put ":(" which seems a bit odd. Then they tried to say that they contacted us so it was our responsibility but we had proof they called us after.

Terrific tour. Our guide for the day, Agnieska, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The saltmines themselves were breathtaking and certainly a must see on any tour to Krakow. Thank you.

I liked the transportation ride and experience, however I feel that it should be more guided. We waited 1hour to start the tour what was already inconvenient and The guide left us in one room of the mines we needed to find out alone the exit and once we finished in another building we felt a little bit lost how to go back to the bus.

Good experience. Transport to and from the Salt Mines was great. The driver was very friendly, his name was Wiktor. He offered us tips on restaurants to eat and places to see also. Very good.

Małgorzata took us too and from the tourX she was great and on time, kept us updated throughout. The tour was fantastic, highly recommended

The transport was very good and so was the guide The.site.was.really.very.pretty.and.the.guide.was.very.clear.and.interesting.she.really.knows.the.place. It's a skill not to be missed.

The activity was enjoyable with the exception of a time change by the organization that resulted in one of the 6 participants being unable to attend and for which we had been confirmed to have received a refund for a ticket that had not yet been received. Still a good experience!

The visit overall, except that the driver took over an hour for the initial fifteen minute ride because he took the passenger to a garage to change a large bus for a minibus.

the tour of the salt mine exceeded all my expectations!! My tour guide was knowledgeable and could clearly communicate with the big group; wherever I was (at the front and back) I could understand her. I have recommended the tour to everyone who wants to visit Krakow!

From pickup point to post visit delivery simply everything. kudos to the young driver who accompanied and assisted us

Very easy process. What a Fantastic place to visit I would highly recommend the salt mines it is a very long walk underground but out English speaking guide was very informative and also had a great sense off humour

The booking process was relatively straightforward though the pick up location changed at short notice. Despite that, the trip was enjoyable and the guide excellent.
