Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfers from Meeting Point & Optional Lunch

The experience was great. But at the last minute they changed the time of the tour and we lost the day we had planned. We had tickets for another place in the afternoon and with the change of time of the tour we lost it. The guide was very good and the tour was great. But they upset my plans at the last minute.

Good guide, her explanations were very good. Pleasant transport and welcome. The lunch pack was not included in the purchase, but this was not explained clearly enough, in my opinion, in the purchase description. I asked the organizer about this, and she explained that we could add a lunch pack order with her, which we didn't do in the end. The toilets in Birkenau, where we took our two breaks, are not free.

It was superbly organized from start to finish. Only negative point: lunch was given to us at 3:30 pm. But overall it was really great The French interpreter was great.

Very good tour guide and reasonably well organised. Pickup time was changed by an hour and a half the day before though, and pickup location is very chaotic and difficult to establish what bus to get on!

Everything very organized, outstanding transportation and the driver Pawel was great: he came to pick us up exactly at the 'indicated time and very safe guide, with a lot of patience at the end of the tour he took us home. The tour was a coninvolving expedience: Super efficient and bewitching guide in explaining the tour. Fantastic experience. I recommend everyone at least once in their life to take this kind of trip.

Our French-speaking guide was exceptional, with just the right intonation of voice to explain the different areas of the Auschwitz camps. An unforgettable experience. Thank you so much.

The 'experience was wonderful and the wonderful guide made us relive the historical facts in a very detailed way and the tour very well organized , congratulations and a heartfelt thank you from me and my daughter who brought home a very important wealth of knowledge

The guide was very good. He was able to answer all our questions and presented both camps perfectly. One drawback: a useless and inappropriate commercial component. Before the first camp and between the two camps, we were obliged to spend 2 periods in a bar, with music blasting, to encourage consumption. Far from the calm and solemnity required for such a visit. I'd like to invite the company to take a closer look at these sequences.

Everything was well organized, transfers were on time and this made the trip easy. The guide was fascinating and gave us all the knowledge we needed about the tour. Although emotionally hard, it was a very good experience to have when staying in Krakow. Thank you so much!

Apart from the fact that the appointment time was changed a day before, everything went perfectly and we had a great visit to this very special site.

Bien organisé, malgré le changement d'horaire annoncé la veille Nous avions choisi un départ à 10:30 et l'horaire a été décalé à 13:00 ( donc retour vers 20:00-20:30): petit conseil ne prévoyez rien d'autre sur la journée sinon vos plans tombent à l'eau. Le guide francophone a rendu la visite intéressante. Même si on connaît l'Histoire , je conseille le recours à un guide pour les informations complémentaires données. Je ne recommande pas le déjeuner qui est composé d'un sandwich, 1 fruit, 1 barre chocolatée et 1 petite bouteille d'eau. Autant prévoir par soi même. Le point de rdv n'est pas évident à trouver ( au pied d'un local de la Poste - parking de dépose minute - à quelques dizaines de mètre de l'hôtel Holiday Inn : la photo donnée pour le point de rdv vous aide aussi)

Very pleasant experience. Easy to walk to the meeting point with the driver, very nice driver. The tour with the guide was complete, he answered all our questions and explained everything very precisely. I recommend this service!

It was a very moving visit, and the guide was really great. I really recommend this "experience". Knowing the history of this sad period is really important.

It is value for money. They provided pick up and drop off with adequate time in both locations (auschwitz and birkenau). While the tour was organized really well and our tour guide was quite knowledageable and experienced, I would have loved to hear more stories and details because I'm a big fan of history and have read quite a bit about concentrations camps and Nazi Germany. All in all it was great! Definitely worth seeing the locations in person for history lovers. For those not keen in history maybe the trip would be a little dry. But what's the point of coming to Poland and not visiting such a big historical area?

Picked up on time at the meeting point, all we had to do was let ourselves be guided. The professionals who accompanied us throughout the day were available, welcoming and very attentive. Each step was precisely explained, which was very reassuring. Everything was very well organized. I highly recommend it!

The word "brilliant" is not appropriate for this kind of visit. Rather, I'd say that the organization, handling and explanations were absolutely correct. But the tour, with commentary by a guide, was of a very, very high standard, all gentle, delicate and attentive, respecting the moments when the group needed a moment to deal with their emotions. Her words were accurate and the information precise. The only criticism was that the "kiss and drop" meeting point at the post office was not identified at all. A sign like "point de rendez-vous" would be very useful.

Travel to and from Auschwitz and Birkenau was easy and manageable. The tour guide was a lovely lady who was very well informed on Auschwitz and Birkenau. I learned a lot on this tour and it will not be a tour that I will ever forget.

We had a great time, with a very good guide, who was very involved in what she was explaining to us. The only downside was that we didn't really have time to grab a bite to eat in between, but the organizers were very friendly.

Annie guide very good and kind . Some problems on mailing with AT Crakov ( with mistakes on appointment ) and time slipping by 1 hour . But very interesting and participated visit.
