We were totally impressed by the beauty of the mosaics. Immersing ourselves in Roman-Byzantine-Eastern Gothic history was a great experience. The staff were also absolutely friendly and helpful. As we had our dog with us, we could only visit the monuments in turns. (The ticket was booked for two people at the same time) This was no problem for the staff and so we were both able to enjoy the displays to the full. Ravenna was a highlight for us!

We liked this experience; we parked at the largo giustiniano parking lot for 3 e the day just next to san vitale; we started with the mausoleum; and then we did the loop between the different sites; very beautiful mosaics; about 2 h in all; ravenna is a small town; we added in passing the basilica san francesco and its crypt flooded and very nice (free entrance and lighting of the crypt 1€; qq goldfish in the water .

Perfect day! No lines, enjoyed making our way from one sight to the next on our own time (no group tour). Had lunch, then went to the rest of the sights on the pass. Don't pass up the opportunity to go into the Duomo, absolutely beautiful.

Very easy to book. Although those of us who do not go in a group should not join one to see the mausoleum. The group guide is a bit annoying.

The Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo greets you with mosaics from the 6th century. Once painted black by Pope Gregory the Great, it adapted its purpose. After World War I, it was rebuilt, showcasing resilience. Sant'Apollinare Nuovo is a living story of Ravenna's strength. Venture further and see Neonian Baptistery where you can see the tombs of several influential individuals of that era.

Once booked, await the official ticket from the Ravenna ticket office which will specify your visit date and time. Redeem your smartphone voucher at a selected monument. Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction. Reservation is required for which day you choose to visit each monument. Mandatory booking for the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia and the Neonian Baptistery, including the day and time of entry, is needed as these smaller monuments have limited visitor capacity.
