Head out on an adventure at the Hozu River in Kyoto! Once you arrive at the destination, check-in at the air-conditioned facility and change into the wetsuit provided in-house. At the rafting point, you will get instructed on the basic paddling and maneuvering methods as well as safety procedures. After that, you hop on a boat and practice in shallow areas before making your debut in the rapids!
There are nearly 20 torrents along the way and you will have plenty of fun conquering the waves along with your fellow riders. Once you’re done, you can relax and swim around in the calm waters before drying yourself off and heading to the shop to change back into your clothes. Spend some time here bonding with your fellow rafting mates and purchase photographs of your adventure, available on a CD-R (optional).
