Booking was easy. Typical Swiss efficiency and punctual, wonderful railway and cablcar.
I would definitely recommend to go on the first train up as it gets extremely busy .

Best day out. We stayed in Wilderswil in small traditional hotel with parking. Walk to train took 2 mins ! no need to go to Interlaken.
Scanned tickets & Boardedf train , nxt was Gondola - amazing scenery & best weather conditions @ 9.45am. Boarded mountain train from Grindlewald thru the mountain to Jungfraujoch !! awesome 🤩

Magnificent view of the glacier, and don't hesitate to go as far as the highest restaurant (alpinist hut, 40-minute walk). There are no more Asian tourists, who are simply unbearable (they think they're alone in the world and take a photo every second, so everyone has their own way of visiting).

Soweit so gut.
Die Anreise im Zug auf das Jungfraugjoch ist etwas speziell. Wir hatten Glück immer einen Sitzplatz zu haben. Und dies ausserhalb der Ferien und ohne Ausländische Touristen. Wir möchten uns nicht vorstellen, wie es ist in der Hochsaison.

Ich habe bei Ihnen gebucht und konnte aber mein CH-Halbtaxticket nicht einsetzen. Deshalb Stornierung, sie haben umgehend organisiert, dass mein Geld zurückkommt.
Das Erlebnis auf dem Jungfraujoch war unerreicht toll, wunderbar, einmalig, phantastisch!

We appreciated the speed with which we got on the train. On the other hand, we had 4 tickets and ended up with only 3 as my husband fell ill that morning and couldn't come.
I mentioned this to the ticket inspector but he didn't react! I think a gesture on your part would have been good publicity and would have shown your courtesy, as this event was beyond our control and I'm very sorry.
