Important information

• Tickets are available for collection at the Sydney Opera House Box Office from 1 hour prior to the performance. Please bring either your booking confirmation email (on your phone) or a form of ID.

• Cameras will not be allowed inside the theaters.

• There is no mandatory dress code, but smart casuals are recommended.

• It is preferable to carry a jacket or cover because it can get cold inside the theaters.

• Guests are recommended to arrive early to avoid rushing. Ushers will close the doors at showtime and may not allow latecomers in until there is a suitable pause in the performance.

You will receive an email confirmation along with your mobile voucher shortly after you book the tickets. Your tickets will be available at the Box Office of the Sydney Opera House about one hour before the performance. You will need to display a photo ID to collect your tickets.

We would recommend reaching the Theatre at least 30 minutes prior to your show.
