What to bring

• Your mobile voucher and a valid photo ID.

• Swimwear. Permitted attire is a one-piece or two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts, or burkini.

• A waterproof neck pouch if you want your phone with you on the slides.

• Swim nappies for toddlers, available from the park gift shops.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and drinks, glassware, and alcohol.

• Selfie sticks, handheld GoPros, and other action cameras.

• Shoes and aqua socks with thick or rubber soles.

• Abayas, sarees, cotton tops or bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer or see-through items.

• Regular nappies in any pool or attraction.

• Diving anywhere in the resort or waterpark.

• Phones on the slides, unless secured in a waterproof neck pouch (the Vortex body slide is the exception).

• Queue-jumping, saving a place in a queue, or leaving a queue and returning to the same spot. Guests who do this may be asked to leave.

• Entry for intoxicated guests.

Accessibility

• Pregnant women and guests with back, neck, joint, or cardiac issues cannot take part.

• Guests with injuries (casts, bandages) or contagious diseases cannot take part.

• Life jackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 metres (48 inches) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of any age. Ask a lifeguard for one.

• This ticket is valid only on the date you select.

• Children under 3 enter free but do not receive a meal voucher.

• Lockers and towels can be rented inside the waterpark for a small fee.

• Operating hours can change without notice. Check the venue website before you go.

• These tickets cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
