Arrive at the Ramayana Ballet venue at least 30 minutes before showtime for ticket validation and seating. Depending on the season and weather, the performance takes place either at the open-air theatre with Prambanan Temple as the backdrop or at the indoor Trimurti Stage.

During the dry season, performances are usually staged at the open-air theatre with the illuminated Prambanan Temple creating a spectacular backdrop. In the rainy season, or if weather conditions require, the performance moves to the indoor Trimurti Stage while retaining the same story and choreography.

The Ramayana Ballet is typically performed on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings, starting at 7:30pm, but schedules may change.

During the dry season (May to October), performances are usually staged at the open-air theatre with Prambanan Temple as the backdrop. During the rainy season (November to April), or in wet weather, performances move to the indoor Trimurti Stage.

A Ramayana Ballet ticket includes admission to the performance only. It does not include entry to Prambanan Temple.
