What to bring

Comfortable walking shoes, since you’ll be walking on uneven (sometimes slippery) surfaces inside both the cave and the castle.

A light jacket or sweater to stay warm inside Postojna Cave, where the temperature stays cool year-round at around 10°C (50°F).

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage, which aren’t permitted inside Postojna Cave or Predjama Castle for safety reasons.
