A heavenly day, with attentive and helpful crew. Thank you to the Yoyo Team! Unlimited water and cold soda on the boat throughout the excursion. Very good and varied lunch, although some dishes are very spicy, even for those with a high tolerance. Be careful with the Long Tail Boat option in Pi Leh Lagoon, however, as there are many other boats and people, which makes the place a little crowded and polluted. Bonus: the snorkeling spots offered are very nice.

Had a blast! Well informed and super approachable staff, well cooked and hygienic food and snacks. Seamless hotel transfers, well maintained vehicles and speed boats. One thing can be highlighted in vouchers - they provide colored wrist bands upon reaching to divide you in different teams. We didn't know and thought we're late for breifing and almost went ahead with the wrong group.

Could have been a 5 but the lost star was due to the cab dropping us off at the side of the road and not in front of our hotel, and letting us cross in a dangerous place, which is a real shame. Apart from this bad experience, the boat trip was great and the staff were very attentive and smiling.

Overall, it was an incredible experience! 10/10 would suggest. It surpassed all our expectations and we really enjoyed the whole trip. Roy and Mr. Sexy made the day enjoyable and brought such positive vibes from start to finish. We were given fresh fruit and a steady supply of cold water. The boat was clean, comfy, and had toilets. All the crew members were attentive and friendly, even joining us for snorkeling to point out fish. They clearly knew their stuff, and the info about each island was clear, plus the boat driving was excellent. Everything went smoothly and on time, we felt safe and relaxed, got tons of photos, and had an awesome day! Thanks, Red team/boat 9!!

Hotel pick-up was right on time, and everything at the pier was well organized with clear assignments for boats and guides. Even with a large group, the team managed everything smoothly and efficiently. We had two fantastic snorkeling stops with plenty of time to explore, followed by a delicious buffet lunch at a local restaurant. A special mention to the awesome team at QQ – Boat No. 8! Their attention to detail and focus on safety really stood out, making the day fun, stress-free, and unforgettable. What this trip made truly a memorabel day was that our tour guide named "Bobby" the way he take care of all the people in and of the boat during the day. He explained everything in a humoristic way. The inclusion and package mentioned PADDLEBOARDING which was the main and only reason I chose this package compared to all other packages but upon check-in, the guide mentioned that there is no PADDLE BOARD and in the history, there never was. Even after I showed him my ticked and itinerary, he did not do anything to assist me. Furthermore, the boat was overbooked and we had to squeeze to sit together. A very big letdown!

Got picked up and dropped off which made it easier. Tour itself was very well organised considering lots of moving parts. Would have been good to know prices excluded long boat in to the lagoon but not a biggie - was good value I thought.
