The experience was cancelled without notice. After wasting my time on the phone trying to reach the right people, they apologized for not giving sufficient notice and told me that the activity would be rescheduled to a later date when I wasn't available, as I had other commitments. On the phone, everyone reassured me that I would be reimbursed for the activity, but here I am four days later being refused a refund and told that I took part in the activity when it was postponed! It's a circus. What a shame. They've lost loyal customers. If the mistake could be admitted and repaired, I'd write a sensational review for good customer service, but the opportunity has been missed. Too many e-mails going nowhere.

A completely unsuccessful experience, despite a charming guide. We couldn't follow her explanations because, although French, she only spoke English. Tourists from Quebec were disappointed that English was spoken to them in France, as they struggle to continue speaking French. It is essential to indicate that the experience is exclusively in English, with no automatic translation of the audioguide. I therefore request compensation. Thank you. S Roborel.

It was a great way to see and learn about Ile del la cite. Caroline, our guide was knowledgeable and fun. My only fault was upon arrival Carole said this tour did not include entry tickets to the Conciergerie. So we were unable to enter even though the name of tour says it is included. Carole was confused about this as well. Other wise, very good.
