Hello! We visited Disneyland Park in July 2025. It was a nice experience, we enjoyed many attractions with my 8 and 6 year old daughters. However, we had a very bad experience, because Mickey was taking pictures, my daughters got in line and were informed that no more pictures would be taken. We asked the person in charge to please allow at least one picture, just 1 picture and she said no. After that memo, my daughters were told that Mickey would not be taking any more pictures. After that memo, my daughters started to cry, more people tried to convince the worker, who notoriously refused. It is not possible to deny a photo to a child of 6 and 8 years old with the most famous character of the park, being right there, seeing that he started to cry. It is not possible not to have a minimum criteria. Because the previous people took 5 to 10 pictures with the character. They should put a greater number of characters walking through the park so that situations like this do not happen again. Because this situation was very distressing for us as parents and a very bad memory for our daughters.

**Note :**If you picked both parks, then make sure you walk a bit quicker through the parks, tick of the rides you definitely do not want to miss, plan in advance and make the most of your day here!
What's not allowed
- Keep in mind that large suitcases and bags are not allowed inside the park.
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along.

- Some attractions/rides may affect certain guests due to the presence of strobe lights and more. It's a good thing to check your ride before you board it.
- Certain attractions have height restrictions. This is displayed at the entrance to each attraction.
