The check-in process was very easy. There was a guide at the entrance who helped direct us where to go, and the signs were clear and easy to follow. Once inside, we were provided with headsets for the audio tour, which was one of my favorite parts of the experience. The headset used location services to automatically recognize where we were along the catacombs and provide information about each site as we passed it, so there was no need to manually enter anything. Overall, it was a great tour and a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely book with Headout again!

The food and the tour were very good, but the port should be a bit better lit because you can't see it at night. Also, the waiters don't treat everyone equally: one of the waiters, to attend to the table next to us that was consuming more bottles of wine, placed an empty lemonade and Coca-Cola bottle on our table just to serve them and left the bottles there as if we were unwanted.

Well, it was a bit of a challenge at first as our tickets did not have the QR code, but it took one simple phone call to the third-party provider on our receipt to have them sent via WhatsApp and via email to us right away. We got into the event and are glad we made the choice to do so. It was very interesting and educational both for my daughter and myself.

We thought the Seine cruise was wonderful, partly thanks to the lovely weather. We took lots of photos of the beautiful buildings. Visiting the Arc de Triomphe was disappointing because the elevator was out of order. So we had to climb the 300 steps on foot after all. Doing that when you are over 80 is quite a setback. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the view.

I prefer going to the top of the Arc de Triomphe rather than the Eiffel Tower. There's room to walk around and get great pictures with all parts of the city. There's a nice gift shop that has unique treasures to purchase-especially the jewelry. The elevator was out of order but it was a great workout for a gorgeous reward at the top.

I couldn't download my tickets and an employee passed me her wifi. That was very nice of her. It was a beautiful view. My daughter and I really enjoyed it.
