Our guide Charlie is highly commendable that I'm so grateful to him. We got lost and unable to find the meeting place. My husband and I gave up and count it as a loss and decided to just go to Eiffel solo. Then Charlie called me and gave instructions to meet him at the Eiffel. We met with the group and he gave us a brief history of Eiffel. The group also o enjoyed his tour. High praises for Charlie and your tour company. It shows you care about your customers!!

The food and the tour were very good, but the port should be a bit better lit because you can't see it at night. Also, the waiters don't treat everyone equally: one of the waiters, to attend to the table next to us that was consuming more bottles of wine, placed an empty lemonade and Coca-Cola bottle on our table just to serve them and left the bottles there as if we were unwanted.

Our guide, Bruno, was waiting for us at the rendezvous point. He led us through Eiffel Tower security and got us quickly to the second floor observation deck. After a helpful briefing he handed us off to the summit elevator. The whole excursion was efficient and smooth and the whole experience terrific. Paris at night from the summit is amazing.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Eiffel Tower. The whole experience was well organized, and the highlight was having such a kind and considerate guide. They were very helpful, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the visit. I prefer going to the top of the Arc de Triomphe rather than the Eiffel Tower. There's room to walk around and get great pictures with all parts of the city. There's a nice gift shop that has unique treasures to purchase-especially the jewelry. The elevator was out of order but it was a great workout for a gorgeous reward at the top.

Good tour however guide didn't come to the summit with us. Also poor communication regarding change of venue resulting in delayed start and additional walking to meet guide. Headout admin team refused to acknowledge that there was a venue change - comms need to improve

Please note that there is free admission during the following days: European Heritage Days on the third weekend of Sep, and every first Sunday of the month from Nov to Mar.

Entry is free for anyone under the age of 18 years, and for European Union nationals or non-EU residents in France aged between 18 and 25 years (an ID is necessary).

Entry is free for disabled guests with an accompanying adult, jobseekers (on presentation of a certificate less than 6 months old), and holders of a valid education pass.

Entry is also free for soldiers, gendarmes, and CRS carrying the professional card and “Sentinelle” mission order, members of ICOM and ICOMOS, and holders of the Ministry of Culture card with a companion.
