• Personal belongings such as cameras, cellphones, and bags are not allowed during activities for safety reasons.
• Flip flops and sandals are not permitted; only closed toe tennis or water shoes are allowed.
• Pets are not suitable for this experience and are not permitted.

Accessibility

• This experience is not recommended for people with back problems, heart conditions, pregnant travelers, or those needing wheelchair or stroller access.
• Infants must not sit on laps, and infant seats are not available.

Additional information

• The minimum age to participate is 5 years old, and the minimum height as a passenger is 1.30 meters (4.27 feet or 51.2 inches).
• Lockers are available for an extra cost (USD $5 for a small locker, $8 for a large locker).
• Hotel room number and name must be provided at least 48 hours before the tour for pickup arrangements.
• Pickup time will be communicated and occurs before the activity start time.
• There is no public transportation nearby, so plan your arrival accordingly.
