He was able to convey the importance of the historical events documented in the exhibition to the context of current events in Central Europe. The information provided by the guide. He knew his history and linked this to his own family's experience. The set out of Oscar Schindler's Factory for the tourists was excellent. It allowed learning about the city of Krakow during WWII and then the impact on the Jewish citizens. I would highly recommend this tour as it was so informative and answered many of the questions I had.

Everything was excellent, except that the speakers could be amplified, because unfortunately I couldn't hear many things because of the noisy company that was next to me. Otherwise - excellent crew and very interesting and pleasant driving. We had the opportunity to catch the sunset and the first darkness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great view!

The guided tour means you miss out on a lot of information, and the tour itself disappointed me because I was hoping to see more of the factory, etc. ... but the company that provided our tickets gets a 10! We’d bought them at the last minute, and they sent someone to the entrance to hand them to us. Thank you. We’d definitely use you again.

There was no line, and I had to wait until the exact time listed on the ticket; they didn’t let me in even 10 minutes early, as stated in the email. Aside from that, the museum is very interesting and modern, with multimedia elements that made it particularly appealing. I was also able to visit the small temporary exhibition on children during the war, which I found very moving.

We booked the evening tour and it was amazing. Seeing Krakow illuminated at night was really beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you prefer to sit on the upper deck, I’d recommend arriving at the boat a little earlier, as those seats fill up quickly.
