Loved that I learned more stories about the people who were affected. The ticketing and entrance was simple and effective. The tour guide (male) seemed more respectful of diversity (specifically people of color, like me and my friends) compared to the tour guide at the Salt Mine which was our tour that morning. Me and my 3 friends were the only people of color (Asians) in the Salt Mine tour group. The female tour guide in the Salt Mine tour spoke to us like we were children and spoke in Polish several times to Polish people who were in the tour group, even though we paid for an English guided tour. Also, the organization for the Salt Mine tour was not ideal. The Schindler Factory Museum tour was so much better compared to the Salt Mine tour in terms of overall experience.

The guide. Good English. Very informative. Would have liked some more time to revisit some of the exhibits as felt rushed at some points when I needed to take in the horrors of what the Polish people had to endure. Group was a little too big. The guide was critical of Churchill at the start of the war and the end but at the start we didn't have the USA on board and the French were a cavalry army like the Poles, not a fighting force to match the Germans. At the end of the war Britain was on its knees. Sad, but decisions had to be made. In all it was an excellent visit and more informative than our visit to Auschwitz the day before.

A great museum and a very good experience. Our guide was very knowledgable, with a nice sense of humor, too, and the tour was quite informative, covering an entire history of Krakow during WWII. Strongly recommended! NB, during the Nazi's occupation, a penalty for helping Jews was an automatic execution of the entire family. No other occupied country had similarly draconian laws. Still, many Poles were risking lives trying to save as many Jews as we could. Schidler's factory... only one photo from inside way too many tears old synagogue did those wall did not hear prayers to God?

With the tickets purchased, the entrance to the factory was perfectly fine. The experience was breathtaking. The exposition is beautifully prepared, there are lots of preserved originals, and although we opted for the unguided tour it was no problem to read about everything from the descriptions on the boards. Certainly no one should miss the authentic survivor accounts. I really liked the part about the Jews' occupation. After the tour was over, I was still in awe for a long time, I was so impressed by the whole exhibition.

The museum itself is one of the best I have seen! We were fortunate to get Peter who is Krakow born and breed. Is a serviceman and has family from both side who went through the worst of the war as well as his wife being Jewish....the information both informative and personal was profound. Highly recommend
