I think the best part about my visit was the KNOWLEDGE our tour guide had. He explained everything in details, answered questions and even shared his own experiences which made this trip memorable. I visited the museum for many reasons but my main one was to learn about my heritage, our tour guide shared so much history with me I struggled to keep my emotions in. There were soo many things to look at from hand written letters to personal belongings, pictures and other. This place is 1000% worth visiting, as its a place full of memories and at the end of the tour you will definitely have a different look on life. Thank you so much

The museum visit is extremely interesting and engaging. I recommend taking a guided tour because the guide provides a wealth of information and helps you understand many aspects that would otherwise be difficult to grasp. The ticket delivery system could be improved slightly, as only vouchers are available on the app, and the message from the tour operator informing us that tickets would be delivered at the museum entrance arrived two minutes after the scheduled start time, so we were a little confused when we arrived.

He also gave impressive accounts of personal examples and his own encounters with people affected by the Holocaust. The salt mines is truly an interesting experience, so many great facts shared during the tour and our tour guide paul really knew his stuff. I loved every minute of that experience As for schindlers factory, our tour guide was something else. I personally started the tour thinking this will not be as good as salt mines. I was wrong. The guy that gave us the tour (i did not get his name), is extremely passionate about letting us know about this history. He grasps your attention but how passionate he describes the experience. It saddened me to know the reality of war and the truth behind how people truly get impacted but I still wanted to keep on hearing him describe things to us. He told us about how his family and relatives got impacted, the generations that unfold after war. He grabbed my attention and has truly changed my perspective. Definitely wish to have him again on my other tours which i have on this trip. Wonderful experiences and people which I will take with me home to Malta.

Natalie our guide was very informative and explained pre and post war in great detail in regards to Nazi takeover and the uprising of the ghetto post war. Learned a lot of facts about schindler that opposes the movie schindlers list. Would recommend a guided tour when visiting.

Tour was more about the holocoust,rather than about Shindler and the facotry. Tourguide was experience but spoke very quietly, headphones not always worked,the highest volume was not perfect,guide could have speak louder. I think adding personal touch or engaging people more would bring more experience. We even had no time for questions,just moved through the tour. Groups should be smaller and should be time to stop ask questions and reflect on some situations.

Vistula River Sightseeing Cruise

Depending on the group size, you will board a ship for 12 people or 90 people.

Restrooms are not available for the 12-people boat. Guests can use the bathroom at the restaurant by the pier before boarding.
