The Oskar Schindler's Factory museum is designed in a very varied, unique, and informative way. Around every corner, you are surprised with new impressions. As a result, the tour through the museum turns into an emotional rollercoaster through a time of bone-chilling human experiences. Booking a guided tour saves you a lot of waiting time or being denied entry to the museum due to high visitor numbers. In addition, you get extra information that really gets under your skin. Impressive exhibition - unfortunately, the original production sites have not been preserved because they were moved to the Czech Republic before the Russian invasion at the end of World War II, but the office and some exhibits survived. The history and fate of the Jewish people in Krakow under German occupation are impressively (and oppressively) presented. Skip-the-line entry saves you from waiting in the blazing sun or rain, as there is hardly any shelter outside the factory.

We enjoyed every single second of the tour! It lasted about two hours, but it felt like 20 minutes because it was so interesting. I highly recommend the experience because it is very romantic, sailing very calmly with soft background music on the Vistula River. The ship is large and I recommend going straight to the upper deck to enjoy a better view. The only downside is that the commentary is not in Italian... the boat is equipped with clean restrooms and a small bar.

This was a really brilliant tour. Our guide Dominica was SO good and she really brought out the story of Oskar Schindler and the times in which he lived, really viscerally. The museum is fantastic. Immersive and evocative. I want to go back and see it all again.

9/11, a rainy day, and we had already explored Krakow very thoroughly. We had only one place left: Schindler's Enamel Factory, which is a must-see and best with a guide. Booking through Headout was the best decision we made; the line of umbrellas was long, and we were able to go inside immediately.

The tour was very interesting and it was nice to learn more about the history and the story behind Oskar Schindler’s factory\. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information\. However, the guide spoke quite fast at times, which made it a little difficult to follow everything\. I just wish the tour had included more of the actual factory itself\. I was hoping to see more of the original factory space and learn more about what it was like when it was operating\. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience, especially for anyone interested in the history of Kraków and World War II.

The guide was phenomenal- he brought polish history of old and new to life. Still stunned by his knowledge and passion.It gave us total respect for polish people of all eras. He was able to convey the importance of the historical events documented in the exhibition to the context of current events in Central Europe. We could have spent more time talking to him as he had a deep knowledge and unique perspective.
