It was very enjoyable. The tour guide was very informative but also made a few jokes. The mines themselves were a lovely sight and the stories for everything was interesting. It was surprising finding the largest underground chapel and a banquet hall for weddings down there, but its really beautiful. A lot of salt, so I wasn't disappointed. They also have a food court in the mines at the end of the tour, so if you want to eat in the mines,it is possible. The food was okay though in my opinion, a lot of nice options around the mines.

Amazing experience, easy 15 minute train ride from Krakow main station and a 2 minute walk to the mine. LOTS (800 in total) of stairs/steps down so definitely not for the mobility impaired but there is a lift if you're feeling brave! The tour itself was very informative, headsets mean you can hear even if you're at the back of the group, and the sculptures are spectacular! Definitely worth a visit!

Didn't have to queue for either trip. Once we found the rendezvous points the ticketing worked. The salt mine was easy to get to on the 304 bus so glad we didn't bother with a transfer. Similarly we caught a tram to the Jewish ghetto and had a look at the memorial square, Pharmacy under the Eagle and the remains of the wall before visiting Schindlers factory. Our guides were good at both venues

The salt mine is very impressive, especially when you think about when it was founded in the 17th century. The way to the exit (elevator) was a bit adventurous. A visit is highly recommended.

The tour itself was excellent! The mine was incredible and the tour guide was really really helpful and awesome!!! What i didn't like was the information that the support team gave us that was not very clear and of course the worst part is that we paid 53 euros for "skip the line" tickets, which were 18 euros more from the actual price of the ticket while the line we skipped was just 10 minutes long. Please don't book this tour as it is not at all worth the extra money you pay to skip a 10 minute line.

The card is valid only on city buses and trams (day and night).

The last admission to exhibitions is typically 90 minutes before closing time.

Some museums are closed on Mondays.

The card's validity depends on the number of days chosen at redemption.

It’s recommended to wear comfortable shoes.

Dress in layers as the underground temperature is around 17-18°C.

The guided tour is not wheelchair accessible, but some parts of the Tourist Route are adapted for people with limited mobility.

No telecommunication signals in the mine, but designated areas provide free WiFi and phone access.

In exceptional cases, some chambers of the Tourist Route may be excluded from the guided tour.

Service animals/guide dogs are permitted.
